The night that he proposed was magical. He bought me the most beautiful dress. It was a long, tight, red dress with sequins all over. He took me to one of the fanciest restaurants that were on twenty-third floor of the building. We ate and after he took me outside for a walk in the garden behind the building. I walked into the most beautiful setting. There was a small table with a bucket of champagne in the middle and a chair on each side. There were candles on the ground, creating a path to the table. Right in front of my feet was written in red rose petals: 'WILL YOU MARRY ME, ADELYNN?'

I looked up to see Rodrique on his one knee, in front of the table, holding out an engagement ring in a little black box. I walked up to him and stopped right in front of him.

"Will you make my dreams come true and marry me, Adelynn?" He asked, still in the same position.

"Yes, Yes I will!" I cried out.

I felt a tear escape my eye as he stood up, took my hand and gently put the ring on my finger. I stared at it in awe. It was silver and had so many details. The band of the ring was shaped as a stem of a rose and the diamonds were shaped into a little rose at the end.

He got up from the ground, and I swung my arms around his neck. He kissed me with so much passion while lifting me from the ground.

I tugged at my white dress as soon as I returned from the memory of Rodrique proposing. I was staring into the mirror. His mother stood behind me tucking in the stranded hairs that got loose. She put in a hairpiece at the back of my head where my hair was pinned together. I turned around to face her.

"You look so beautiful. You are the most beautiful bride in the history of brides." She said while tucking my hair in at the front.

"Thank you so much." I said to her as I took her hands in mine.

"I wished Cleone was here. We made a deal that the one who got married first had to make the other one her main bridesmaid." I said to her and blinked a few times to get the tears to go away.

Rodrique's mother hugged me tightly.

"I'm going inside, it's almost time for the wedding to start." She said before she left the room and walked into the church.

I turned around to look at myself one more time in the mirror. A long veil hung over my face and my red hair was pinned up behind my head and hung down in big curls on my chest. I had on a beautiful, white tight fit wedding dress that had little roses all the way from my middle down to the end of the dress.

I had taken a deep breath before I turned around to go inside. My niece stood by the door and handed me a bouquet before the wedding march started and she walked inside. I had waited a few seconds before I walked in as well.

The church was full of people. I looked up the isle and saw Galilani standing in front with a beautiful red dress.

My eye caught Rodrique standing at the end of the aisle. He had a black and white suite with a red rose pinned onto his chest; seeing him felt like sunshine after waking up the next morning after a heavy storm.

Everybody stood up when I walked down the aisle. I stared into his perfect brown eyes and before I knew it I was standing right in front of him. We turned towards the pastor. He gave us a chance to say our vows. We turned towards each other.

"Adelynn, I have loved you since the day I met you. Every second with you is the best moment of my life. I will promise to cherish, love and protect you every single day of my life." He said while staring into my eyes.

"Rodrique, I knew that there was no other person I want to share my life with when I met you. I promise to love, cherish and protect you for the rest of my life. I will always make our house a home. In my heart flows a river of you throughout my veins." I said back to him.

We said our 'I do's' and had our first kiss as husband and wife. Rodrique took my hand, and we walked out of the church together after signing our marriage certificates.

Everyone waited outside, for us to come out and threw us with rose petals. He held my hand and turned me towards him. "Miss Adelynn Valdez, I am so glad to call you my wife..."
