Your bedroom, two days after, 13:04

Twitter was blasting out the #WhoIsShe tag as some fan had captured the moment with a fan-cam of Minhyuk more or less missing his entire part of a song during a concert in London when interacting with fans. Those who had stood beside you had made claims but you knew their claims had been far from accurate, especially since some expressed that it was them he had gasped at. By this point, you had read so many stories you didn't even know if it had happened anymore. You had told your best friend, who had promised not to tell anyone. What were you gonna do with the truth anyway? Send a message on fancafe saying "Hey, you stared at me on the concert, wanna talk?". That was just silly, and what was it gonna lead to anyway? Instead, you decided to neglect it and go practice playing your piano instead.

Your bedroom, 22:36

It wasn't too late in the evening, as you had the week off from school, but out of nowhere, you felt immensely tired. Like a wave crashing over you, you suddenly fell, collapsing onto the floor as you went into a sudden slumber.

The room was replaced with a familiar surrounding... The grand hall was no other than the arena back in London, but this time, completely empty. Your steps echoed across the empty seats and so you sat down in the middle of the scene. It was amazing how they could perform on a scene like this with so many watching. You'd be so nervous with each move being watched. A voice jolted you in the dream.

"I found you!" A cheerful voice echoed. You had heard that before, in another dream. Suddenly you remembered that forest dream you had yesterday right after the concert.

"Minhyuk?" You tried, turning around, spotting the wide-smiling man sitting with legs crossed across from you but a meter away. This was the craziest dream you had ever had. It felt too real.

"I've been looking for you for a while now." He nodded as if to insist he was right.

"What do you mean?" You tilted your head, feeling suddenly a lot in control of yourself in this dream.

"Remember at the concert? When I almost missed my lines?" Minhyuk hopped a bit closer.

"That trended that Twitter #WhoIsShe. Yes... I do." You narrowed your eyes a bit, what was this going to lead to?

"It was because I saw you. You, like a light in the middle of the crowd." He blushed a bit, running his fingers through his hair, "I thought we... Had a connection there, or something..."

You gasped, so you hadn't imagined the whole thing. Of course you hadn't, but at some points you had begun to doubt it. Did he actually feel a connection too? No, no this was just a dream.

"I felt a connection Minhyuk, but you're just in my dream." You felt sad saying these words, and told yourself to snap out of it and live the dream instead rather than ruining for you in your own world as well. "But... "

"Yes! I am in your dream. You're right. Listen... Eeh, what's your name?" His cheeks remained flushed as he realised he didn't know your name.

"[Y/N]." You smiled, not wanting to interrupt his sentence, despite him interrupting yours in the first place.

"Right! [Y/N], this will sound super weird but just believe me, okay? I am in your dream, but it's really me!" He looked excited as he explained this, "I can talk to others in their dreams. It's super strange, I know, but please believe me."

"Wh-... Seriously?" You pinched yourself, but felt nothing. "Okay, it's a dream yes, but there's no way."

"Doesn't this feel a bit too real for it to be an actual dream? It has that effect." Minhyuk nodded, now close enough to grab your hands. "I felt a connection that evening, and I think you did too."

"I.. Yes. I did." You nodded, not knowing what to believe anymore.

"I want to get to know you." He smiled, squeezing your hand a bit, this time literally making you feel it as if it was real. This.. Was this for real?
