Smoking a cigarette Shizuo angrily walks home at night. First he had a bad client with Tom then a huge gang attacked him and Izaya had to step into Ikebukuro and he'd worked late with Tom dealing with more stupid people.

He put away his finished smoke and stepped into his apartment only to be greeted by the smell of (fav. Food). He paused and looked around slowly, on the couch was your jacket, your shoes were by the door and your smell definitely lingered.

He was convinced and what happened next made him sure.

"Shizuo welcome home!!" you stepped out of his bedroom smiling at him your hair wet from having a shower. He stared at you not moving an inch, what did Izaya do? Lingered at the back of his head.

But know he didnt think of it as he went to you and lifted you up making you squeal "waahh! Shizuo hey I know that-mmhh" he silenced you with a gentle passionate kiss.

When he realized what he was doing he stopped and blushed "s-sorry about that" you smiled and hugged him. "no it's fine, did you miss me?" you got a hum in response as he put you down "aw but I wasn't gone for that long" you smiled "no, you were gone for too long" he stated, you agreed but in order to get business in America you were asked to stay there for 2 months to make a deal with businessmen.

"i know, I know but I requested that if I got the deal I have 5 weeks off" you smiled walking to the kitchen and dishing up the food, shizuo stared at you as you dished up for him and you.
And smiled, at you both ate, you talked about your trip and he listened.

"ah but since its nearly Christmas should you also have time off ne?" you said while washing the dishes away, but not getting a chance to pack as your picked up again and are suddenly put on the couch sitting on something warm, and arms securely.

He stated nuzzling his head inbetween your shoulder blades you look back a bit to see his hidden his face in your back and his ears were red, 'cute' you thought as you turned in his grasp and hugged him, his head moved to your neck as he rested their and you laid your head on his neck as well, you guided your hand threw his unnatural hair.

"I know, I know but it was a good chance to get pay for the holidays and maybe go away for buy you-" "I want only want one thing" he states wrapping his arms more around you as he stands up and walks to the bedroom.

"and what would--wah" you yelp as you fell on the bed and he crawled on top of you and slowly went closer to your face with a tint of pink on his face. Then his lips connected to yours in a soft gentle way.

You smile into the kiss and return it as you look into his honey-brown eyes and closed melting more into that kiss, you feel something against your lip and open as shizuo's tongue explores a bit until he pulled away with a clear blush on his face.

"your kinda cute when you take the lead" you tease seeing his stoic expression "what do you mean kinda?" you laughed and pulled him down to give a hug which he returned.

"so?"
"hmmm" shizuo mumbled as you rubbed a hand up and down his upper back
"What is it you want" he smiled at you  softly and kissed you again
