It was the next morning, and I was still kind of tired from last night. I put on a denim dress, navy tights, and black boots. I then did my hair into a half high ponytail. Just as I was about to head downstairs, I heard a crack. I looked at my egg, and it was hatching. I quickly dumped the water out the window and took out the egg. I placed it on my bed and watched it hatch. Then, a small head popped out. The young dragon was ocean blue and yellow, and very cute. I put on my backpack, picked up the young dragon, and cradled it. I walked downstairs and walked outside, and Vincent was there to greet me.

"Morning Vincent." I said.

He let out a pleasant roar.

"Morning Giselle."

He then noticed the young dragon in my arms. He then groaned.

"Who's this?"

"Well, it was an egg, until it just hatched," I explained.

"What are you going to name her?"

"Hm... I'm going to name her... Prismarine."

I placed a kiss on Prismarine's forehead and she woke up. She looked all around her, getting to know the world around her. She looked up at me and whined.

I couldn't understand what she was saying, because it was baby talk.

I smiled and hopped on Vincent. I placed my hand on the the saddle horn and my other around Prismarine. Vincent then growled.

"Where to, Giselle?"

"Elaria High." I said.

He nodded and took to the skies. I looked down at Prismarine, and she was smiling ear to ear. As soon as we landed at the entrance, Vincent disguised himself as a Void Flare. I got off with Prismarine in my arms. I stroked Vincent's snout and smiled.

"Thanks for the ride." I said.

Vincent let out a groan.

"Anytime. See you soon."

I turned on my heel and started to walk inside. Then, I saw The Chaotics. I stood with pride and continued walking. Then, Cody saw me.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't the No Blood. Oh look, she even has a baby dragon. A perfect dragon for her, since she is a baby," Cody said, petting Prismarine's head.

"Keep your hands off her!" I said, jerking away.

"You don't have the authority to tell me, or any of my boys what to do. You're nothing, absolutely NOTHING! For trying to tell me what to do, you're going to be needing stitches by the time we're through with you."

"So you're going to beat up a Dragon Ranger?"

They burst out laughing.

"You are the last person Silas would recruit as a Dragon Ranger." Cody said.

"Well, why wouldn't he? He is my brother." I said.

That shut them up.

"And, if I wasn't a Dragon Blood, why do I have him?" I asked.

I whistled and Vincent flew down, still disguised as a Void Flare.

"Show them your true form Vincent." I said.

Vincent's scales turned back to white and the underside of his wings turned back to navy. His blue eyes glared at The Chaotics, and they were petrified with fear.

"Still think I'm not a Dragon Blood?" I asked.

The Chaotics stepped back and ran back in the school. I turned to Vincent and smiled.
