Ji Hyeon and Young Taek are best friend but Young Taek changed once he got a girlfriend Mina
"Young Taek-ah let's grab a bubble tea"
"Mianhe Ji Hyeon, I can't accompany you today"
"You always don't have a time for me" she mumbled
"Oppa!" Both of them turned around only to see Young Taek's girlfriend
"We gotta go now Ji Hyeon" he said
Mina looked at her and smirked

~ Next Day ~
Ji Hyeon went to the bathroom and starting to vomit with bloods. Her teacher calls Young Taek because he is the only close with Ji Hyeon
Young Taek went to the school clinic and saw Ji Hyeon resting on the bed
Once he saw her, he immediately walked to her and hugged her tightly
"I'm sorry Ji Hyeon" he said
"It's okay"
"Why you didn't tell that you has a disease?"
"You are always with Mina, that's why I don't get the chance to tell you"
"I'm so sorry, don't worry I will always stick with you starting today"
"But, how about Mina?" She asked
"We're already break up, she cheated on me"
"Yah! What are you trying to do with my boyfriend?!" Mina shouted
"I am not your boyfriend anymore. Remember you cheated on me"
"And please don't disturb me and my fiancée okay" both girls were shocked on what he said
"Who's your fiancée? Don't tell me that your fiancée is that girl" she pointed at Ji Hyeon
"Yes, she's my fiancée. Do you have a problem with that? And I only dated you because I think my feelings for her will fade but no because my feelings for her grows" he said. Mina runs away while crying
"What do you mean by that?" She asked
"Why you don't want to be my fiancée?"
"But I need to go to Canada for a treatment"
"Then I will wait for you, and once you come back we will get married" he said
Both of them hugged each other until school ended
