Today is the birthday of Soo Ah's boyfriend Kim Dong Hyun. It is the saddest birthday for Dong Hyun. The last birthday that they will celebrate it together. And the last day that they will be spending time with each other.
"Soo Ah let's go to the rooftop" Dong Hyun said
"Why Dong Hyun?" She asked
"Just want to spend time with you there" He replied and Soo Ah nodded
Once they reached the rooftop Soo Ah froze. The rooftop is decorated with a beautiful flowers and balloons all over the rooftop
"What is this Dong Hyun?"
"I want to celebrate my birthday here with you"
"You decorated this?"
"Yes, did you like it?"
"I should be the one to surprise you"
"I just want us to be happy on my special day, so I decorate it"
"Thanks Dong Hyun" she said as she hugged him tightly
"Come on lat's eat" he said and helped her to sit at the chair
After a minutes Dong Hyun stand up and play her favorite song
"Can I have a dance with you?" He asked and she nodded
They started to dance while the song is playing
"I love you Soo" Dong Hyun whispered and hugged her
"I love you too Dong" she whispered back
"Can you stay with me forever?"
"You know my situation Dong Hyun. You know that I can't stay with you forever. You know that my disease is getting worst" she answered
"What can I do for you to survive?" He asked
"Nothing Dong. But can you promise me one thing?"
"What is it?"
"Once I die find a girl that you will love like you do to me and don't cry when I die okay?"
"I will not find another girl Soo Ah. You're my only girl" he said crying
"I know you will. Don't worry I will watch you up there"
"Soo Ah" he called
"Shhhhhh, everything will be fine okay" she said
"Can I kiss you?" Dong Hyun asked, Soo Ah nodded. Dong Hyun cupped her face and kissed her both of their tears are flowing like a river
When Dong Hyun noticed that she is not breathing anymore and her hands are started to fall from his back, he hugged her tightly and cried harder
