*Okay, I know that this is a really short chapter, but I will be posting the next one in just a minute.... I always hated this scene because it was soooo sad (and yes, it made me cry a few times) Lol....
Jasmine walked through the palace garden wearing a peasant's cloak and looking around cautiously to make sure that no one was following her. Once she knew that there was nobody, she began to climb one of the trees in which she could climb over the palace walls, when suddenly, something grabbed the bottom of her cloak. She turned quickly to see none other than Rajah, with a confused expression on his face. Jasmine knew exactly what he was "asking". She took a deep breath; "I'm sorry Rajah, but I can't stay here and have my life lived for me". She took Rajah into a hug and tried to hold back her tears, "I'll miss you". Rajah then bowed his head and gave her a boost up into the tree. Jasmine looked back one more time at her dear friend, in fact her only friend and letting one tear fall down whispered, "Good bye" and then disappeared into the night. The tiger then laid down with a whine and stared at the gate, wishing that his dear friend would come back.
