jeongin was still sceptical about applying for a job. he didn't know if he'd be good at it considering everything's always been done for him.

he was stood outside of the cute frozen yogurt shop. he noticed the flier seungmin was going on about earlier in the day.

"help wanted for cashiers. ages 16+"

he hesitantly walked up to the glass door and pulled it open, walking in he was hit with the aroma of the sweet smells like chocolate, strawberry, etc.

he examined the shop and noticed that it wasn't too big, nor was it too small. it was a dimly lit shop and it had sort of that aesthetic feeling to it. there was a big neon sign against the side wall that was lit with the shops name on it. the lights that lit up the shop were purple and red colored lightbulbs that made the shop a purplish color. jeongin was in awe, he always thought of himself as an expensive bitch and if an expensive bitch had to work like normal people, than an expensive bitch would definitely work here.

jeongin sauntered up to the front counter and waited for an employee to come out from the back of the shop. he detected there was a bell on the countertop, probably for occasions like this when no one was around. he tapped on it once and it made a tintinnabulate sound. giggling at the noise the object made he tapped on it once more. he kept on tapping the bell and didn't realizes that an associate was standing behind the counter waiting for him to stop tapping the bell.

"excuse me."

"oh! ah sorry i didn't realize you had come out already."

the male chuckled softly and gave jeongin a small smile, he looked kind of intimidating when he didn't smile. he had a slit in his eyebrow and had a strong jaw and he was wearing all black. jeongin looked down at his name tag. changbin. "no its okay, seems like you were having fun in your own little world there. but anyways how can i help you?

"um i would like a job here if that's okay with you. i'm 17 years old and perfect for the job!" jeongin gave him a wide mouth, captivating smile that made his eyes almost disappear and showed off his cute dimple.

changbin scanned the younger boy up and down and then held out his index finger. "give me a minute." he walked back into a room and was gone for a while. jeongin noticed a small candy jar near the counter and took five lollipops out, stuffing them all into his back pocket. "no one will notice."

changbin returned with a small packet of papers, a nametag, and a headband and hat. he set them down on the counter and gave jeongin a toothy smile.

maybe he isn't too intimidating. jeongin thought.

"oh yeah most people think i'm scary when they look at me, but i promise i'm really not. anyways my manager said it was okay to hire you, so um here are some papers that you need to fill out before you can come into work and here's our headband and hat. you can wear either one whenever you want to. also here's your nametag, you can write your name with a marker and decorate it however you'd like to."

jeongin nodded excitedly most likely almost breaking his neck. "okay thanks, so when should i start working?"

"whenever you finish the paperwork. so if you want to work soon i'd suggest you fill it out tonight and then bring it in tomorrow if you want to start tomorrow."

changbin handed him all of the materials and gave him a small wave goodbye. jeongin returned the wave and a smile and headed back out the glass doors, heading home. he studied over the forms as he was walking and he didn't realize someone was coming from the other direction, he bumped into a figure dropping a few of his papers and his hat.

the male came to a halt and quickly knelt down and proceeded to help jeongin with his belongings. "i'm so sorry i didn't see where i was going."

they both stood up and jeongin got a look at the man in front of him. nice and fluffy bluish-green hair, paleish fair skin and overall a really nice face. "uh- its okay i was too busy reading, thank you for your help."

"oh hey wait! i could treat you to some frozen yogurt, i'm heading there now. i feel bad for bumping into you."

jeongin shook his head and looked down at the ground. "no its fine i just left the shop and i was headed home anyways, but thank you."

the man gave him a small smile and nodded, turning back around and continuing his journey to the yogurt shop. jeongin looked back down at the ground and noticed a plastic card on the ground he knelt down picking it up. it was the mans ID card, he must've dropped it when they bumped into each other.

"bang chan?" he turned around and noticed that he was already out of sight and then looked down at his watch. "shit i have to be home soon, uh i'll just give it to him whenever i see him again." jeongin shrugged and placed the card in his back pocket with the lollipops he took and dashed home.
