I put away my phone to charge and off to the closet I went to change into some clothes
Jennie went to the mall with Dad to buy some new furniture, so she doesn't know about this. If she did, she'd go ballistic
Anyway, I went to my closet and picked out a pair of blue jean shorts, a white top and a red checkered cardigan
Once I finished, I went downstairs to get some food to bring to the picnic
Mom: Where are you going Y/N?
Y/N: Oh, one of my friends invited me to a picnic
Mom: Oh, ok. Is it a boy?
Y/N: ...yeah..
Mom: *giggles* Have fun then
Y/N: Thanks, I'm just gonna go get food
Mom: Is he picking you up? And where are you having your picnic?
Y/N: Yes he's picking me up and I think it's the park nearby
Mom: Ok, have fun
I nodded and thanked her as I went to get food
I got chips, some leftover steak, fruits, cookies, rice, and some drinks
I found a basket upstairs where I can put all the food, so I put all of them there
Y/N: All done! Can't wait!
