Chapter 3: The Next Victim

Katarina is having friends now. They meet in the pergola. She introduced Violet, Jenny and JC to her best friend Nico. Nico became in love at first sight on Jenny.

"You are so beautiful, Jenny." Nico said romantically

But instead happy, Jenny is crazily panicked.

"Don't call me beautiful, pretty, lovely whatever!" Jenny frightened on what Nico said about her.

"Why?' Nico asked

"Because she can't be target of ..... you know." JC explained nervously.

"Everyone, calm down ok! I know most of you are worried. But we won't be always be negative-minded." Katarina said as she helped them to calm.

"I have good idea. We must do something crazier but scarier." (Jenny suggested that they should talk to dead missing girls)

"Are you crazy, Jenny?! What if they are still alive?" Katarina said positively.

"Oh my god! Please, not me. You do it yourself!" (JC is scared and he doesn't want to see ghosts)

"Do you believe on those things? That's just imagination. By the way, why don't we pray for them?'' Nico suggested

"Look, before it's too late, we must do something. Let's try to talk to ghosts. I know it's bad to have negativity about poor missing girls, but we need answers." Jenny explained

"Wow! Are you BS Education student or paranormal expert? We can't talk to them. Besides,police will do everything to find them alive." JC said

"I think Jenny is right. I've been paranoid for so long since I heard those story. Katarina, police never found them. It's been 20 years until now, kidnapping girls never stop. Even police, can be kidnapper. So, we can't trust them anymore." Violet said

(Katarina has no choice. She joined them. They went to computer labortory. They met Krishna,a studentassistant. Krishna asked for ID and registration form to let them use computers for research only.

They researching about missing girls on Google in their university. They read some theories: First, maybe every girl will have affair with professors and legal wives asked their hired killers to kill them and buried somewhere. Second, maybe every girl killed by janitor and threw their dismembered bodies on garbage bags. And lastly, every girl are captured and hid in somewhere in university.

"Mang Johnny is our janitor. Most girls avoid him due to fear." Jenny said

"It's just a theory. None of them prove to be true. Do you think university employees will do those innocent girls? No, because that's illegal to abuse girls. None of them are true." Katarina protested.

( Violet is very upset about what she read about article. Nico calm her.)

"Wait, that is the first victim in our university!" JC said in soft voice

They saw the full name of a girl. Her name Maria Celina Novilla. She was Nursing student and she became winner of beauty pageant in their university during her lifetime. She was 19 when she died.

"Finally, we can speak to her. We can play Spirit of the Glass." Jenny suggested excitedly

"What?!" all are shouted

"Shhh! Trust me, I do believe in ghosts. Each spirits needs justice on their death. Whoever did the crime, they deserve to be in jail." Jenny explained

"How will you know they can speak to you?" Nico was apparently disbelieved her.

"Just meet us in oval fields. Tonight at 8 pm." Jenny said

Outside the university, "THE MAN" hid in the back of the tree. He wearing black jacket, black leather gloves and he always watched the girls exit the university until he finally chose perfect target: Krishna.
