Chapter 22: Jenny's Misjudgement

After she heard Nico's story about Katarina's past,  Jenny is confused. 

"If Katarina was by her own father, why Katarina didn't ask for help in a first place?" Jenny asks

"Because she's scared and she never want anyone to be implicated on her situation. Her father was  sexually abusive. After few weeks since I witnessed his monstrosity to Katarina, I started to talk to Katarina. I convinced her to sue her father before it's too late." Nico answered

"That's why she is shy and never join on our leisure time together except you." JC said

Jenny thinks that Katarina is a weak and only care about herself.

"Let's say she enjoyed her sexual experience with her own father. She never fight back even trying to fight back. If I were her, I would kill him." Jenny shouted

Nico stood up and rebuked Jenny.

"Don't you dare to talk like that about Katarina!!!" Nico yelled angrily

JC and Violet tried to stop their argument.

"Why?!That's a truth. If she can't help us to solve crimes of missing girls, SHE CAN'T EVEN DEFEND HERSELF! I have courage to face the truth who behind those kidnappings..well she's not." Jenny exclaimed

Violet slapped Jenny on a face.

"You are woman too! Not all woman who are brave like you! Those women are weaker than you think and they can't fight on their own because... they never wanted to be beaten to death. Instead they waiting for the right time to fight and gaining strenght.Maybe because they believe that only GOD can punish those animals like Katarina's father." Violet explained

"Wow!Big word! God, you says?! Where is he now? Where that fucking GOD who never save missing girls and let those people hurt them?One of them is my sister. I am tired to pray to GOD because he can't even help me to know where is my sister. So, don't tell me about GOD,ok!!" Jenny shouted with disbelief.

She walked out. JC, Violet and Nico never know what to do. Violet crying and she thinks slapping Jenny is a big mistake.

"That's ok. You didn't mean to hurt her. You are just offended what she said about victims of rape.'' Nico comforts Violet.

"Where is Katarina's father anyway?" JC asks

"He's dead last mid-2016. He was stabbed to death by unknown stranger. When she found out about his death, she never care and instead she wanted to burn the dead body." Nico answered
