I get back to my dorm and it's night now. I'm tired and I just want to go to sleep. When I get in I see Matthew and Ebony making out on the bed and after 10 minutes he leaves. As I'm getting ready for bed I see Ebony starring at me. What does she want.
"Kayla." Ebony says in a low voice
"What" I say plopping on the bed
"Um.. I'm sorry. I moved some of my stuff out of your way."
Everyone seems to be saying sorry today.
"Well thanks." I say laying my head on the pillow "..sorry I yelled at you"
"No it's cool" she says taking off her heels "I deserved it."
"So are you coming with me to the party tomorrow?" She says with a smile
"Haha no."
"Please Kayla. You'll have fun I promise."
"Yeah.. No." I say rolling over
"Will you at least think about it?" She says with a sigh
"I really don't know." I say to myself.
"Well.. Goodnight Kayla."
"Night Ebony." I say starring at the wall till I fall asleep
The Next day I get up and I go to the showers. There are only 2 girls in there and one of them is Ebony. So I be fine. I hope..
"Kayla!" Yells at girl from one of the showers
How does she know my name
"Uh yeah?!" I yell back
"You got some soap?!"
"No! Sorry."
"Crap." She says to herself but loud enough for me to hear.
"Ebony?!" She yells again
ugh.
"Yeah Gi?" She yells back
"Got some soap girl?!"
"Yeah. Hold on a second." She says and throws the soap bar.
"Thanks!" She yells back
Okay I think I'm done with my shower.
I make my way back to my dorm and I get changed and I start to read. hopefully this will drown out the yelling in my head.
"Hey Kay!" Yells Ebony
"Ebony!" I yell back "why are you yelling?!"
"Why are you yelling?!" She yells back putting on hand on her hip.
"Because you are yelling!" I yell putting my head in my book.
"Sorry." She wisphers "me and Gina are going to the store down the road to get some breakfast. Wanna come with?"
"Yeah okay." I say getting up putting my shoes on.
"So how did you change so fast." Ebony asks me while brushing her hair.
"Well it wasn't really fast you were just talking the whole time to Gina." I laugh.
"Hey that's the first time you laughed while you've been here!" Ebony points out
"Yeah..yeah it has." I say to myself tying my shoes.
"So what time does the bus leave?" I ask fixing my hair.
"The bus?" Ebony as in shock "we are NOT taking the bus" she says flipping her hair back.
"Okay.. Well who's driving." I ask putting on my hat.
