Ayame: (Those brats! How dare they, eating my ramen without paying, and while me and my father were out?! Not only have they got some nerve, they're animals. If you're going to steal something, at least don't make it obvious. Oh no! On top of that, they had to go and raid the place. I've half a mind to...!)
Kakashi: Hello? Is anybody here?
Ayame: (Oh... A customer...)
She walks to the counter.
Ayame: Hello there. What would you... Kakashi?!
Kakashi: Hi, Ayame.
Ayame: Oh Kakashi, how lovely it is to see you again.
Kakashi: Likewise. How's the shop?
Ayame: It's fine. Thanks for helping out earlier.
Kakashi: You're welcome.
Ayame: Did you want anything?
Kakashi: No. I just wanted to see how you and the shop were doing.
Ayame: Oh, well... thank you.
Kakashi: Well, I should be on my way. The path of life is calling me again.
Ayame: (That again, huh?)
Kakashi: Bye.
Ayame: Yeah, see you.
He walks away from the shop.
Kakashi: Ayame?
Ayame: Yes, Kakashi?
Kakashi: You don't have to hide it you know?
Ayame: Hide... what?
Kakashi: You're not going to lie to ME, are you?
She looks away.
Kakashi: I know how you feel and I can't blame you either. But remember, customers will still come, and they don't want to see a moody Ayame at their favourite Ramen shop. That's pretty rare you know.
Ayame: Kakashi... So, you know how I feel?
Kakashi: Yeah.
Ayame: ...
Kakashi: Want to talk about it? It might help cheer you up.
Ayame: No thanks...
They paused.
Kakashi: How about I make you some ramen?
Ayame: What?!
Kakashi: You heard me.
Ayame: Since when could you make ramen?
Kakashi: I've seen how you do it.
Ayame: Kakashi, it's not that simple.
Kakashi: I know.
Ayame: And yet you claim you can make it?
Kakashi: Yep.
She looked at him astonished at the idea and by his confidence. She then giggles.
Ayame: Okay, Kakashi, impress me.
Kakashi: How?
Ayame: Meet me here at 8 o'clock. You can treat me then.
Kakashi: You got it. Well I have to go.
Ayame: Off to learn?
Kakashi: Why would I if I already know how it's done?
Ayame: Okay then, we'll see.
She giggled even more as she watched him walk off.
