I woke up, the sun already in the sky. Bella was still cuddled up to me and I kissed her bare shoulder, causing her to stir slightly. I smiled and closed my eyes once again, loving the warmth that radiated of her body. She purred contently as I pulled her closer and rested my head on her shoulder.

I must have fallen back into a blissful sleep, because when I awoke again, Bella had gone off somewhere, I wasn't quite sure where she was but I stretched with a loud yawn, coming out almost like a roar. I made my way to where she had stored her fathers old clothing. Taking a pair of pants and a random shirt putting them on, I had to admit, the man wore a lot of black and gray, and for that I found admiration in his good tastes. I made my way into the cave which had the waterfall. I found Bella in the grass. She appeared as if she was focusing on something. Not wanting to bother her, I leaned up against the entrance to the cave and watched her for a second. Her face seemed relaxed yet focused, showing determination. I smiled and gazed upon her beauty. I turned to leave, figuring I might try to hunt a few rabbits so that Bella and I could have something nice to eat. I grabbed a bow and a quiver of arrows, slipping my shoes on and I bounded out the door.

I moved swiftly through the trees searching for any animals I might come across. As I reached a clearing I saw some men, getting closer I realized they were in guard uniforms. I quickly ducked into some bushes to conceal myself listening closely to what they were talking about.

"So where do you think the bitch is hiding?" The tallest one asked. I felt slight rage, I knew they were referring to. I smiled though, knowing they could never reach her, because I was going to kill them. I knocked an Arrow and drew my bow. Breathing in I released the arrow watching it pierce one of their skulls. I drew another quickly letting this one hit the second ones chest. The third started to run, but it was no use. I released another arrow, hitting him in the back of the neck. I stood and being satisfied with my work, I decided to return to Bella, night was falling and I didn't want to risk her coming out to search for me.

I got back to the cabin, I walked inside setting down my bow. I was greeted my Bella jumping into my arms kissing my cheek and burying her head in the crook of my neck.

"Are you alright darling?" I asked slightly concerned but happy for her affection.

"I thought you left, I was worried that I had scared you, or that you had went back to the kingdom, to be with your father." She said beginning to sob slightly. I wasn't sure how to respond so I only embraced her tighter. I released her and took her hands. Upon looking down I saw her wrists were bleeding. I stared shocked, then looked away. Bella made me look at her only to see that I now had tears in my eyes, salty rivers of sorrow streamed down down my cheeks as I looked back down to her wrists, I reached out to trace her cuts with my finger. I keeled down slowly and placed my lips on her wrists, attempting to kiss away the pouring of her crimson regret that was dripping from the slits she had made. as tears fell from both from her eyes and mine, I continued to kiss every cut.

"My sweet Isabelle, make a vow to me that you will never do this again. My love, It brings me sorrow to know the world has been so cruel to you. Do believe me when I say I shall never leave. I could never imagine what my life would be without you. Such a woman like you is impossible to find, and seeing the way you harm yourself like this, makes me want to hold you, to never let you go, I will vow to you that from this day on I will keep you safe from thoughts you may have of this..." upon finishing my speech to her, I looked in her eyes to find a mix of emotions. As two words came out of her mouth, I felt relief, "I promise." She shakily said between her sobs.
