Jay was exciting. He was going to tell Nya how she could finally get away from her stepmother. His best friend would finally be free from her tormentor. He hadn't planned out all the details, but he was going to get Nya away from Dilara, or so he thought. When Jay arrived at the palace, he was greeted by a guard he knew from his childhood visits.

"Hello Karlof, how are you?" Jay asked.

"Wonderful Jay, but why are you here?" Karlof said in his thick accent.

"I'm here to talk to Nya." Jay said.

"She is not here. She hasn't returned from her trip yet." Karlof said in a sad voice. Jay couldn't help but worry.

"Is everything alright Karlof, you seem very sad." Jay asked.

"The man she went with on the trip returned, but the princess was not with him, I worry for her safety." Karlof said.

"So Nya is missing!?!" Jay yelled, but thankful no one was around to heard him but Karlof.

"I'm afraid so." Karlof said.

"I'm going to look for her." Jay declared, and went back to his horse, Wisp. He then rode from village to village, looking for his friend, but ended up with the same answer. But he still didn't give up.

Jay then reached a very small town on the edge of the kingdom. It was getting late, so he decided to stay at an inn in the middle of town. It was also said that they served great noddles.

Skylor, the owner, was a good friend from when they were children, and didn't charge him for his room.

"Sorry Jay, but I haven't seen this girl." Skylor said, a small frown now on her face.

"I think I know some people who can help you." Griffin, one of Skylor's employees said as he joined them in eating some noddles.

"The seven ninja always help people in need, so why don't you go there tomorrow and ask for their help?" Griffin said.

Jay thought about this for a moment and nodded, what did he have to lose. Tomorrow he would go see the seven ninja.
