Nya White and the Seven Ninja

Dinner with Ninja

After a tour of the house, six of the seven ninja sat down with Nya for dinner. They all told her that it was Zane's night to cook and she should be thankful for it- she was told about Cole's horrible cooking. Soon the amazing smell of Zane's cooking filled the house.

"So Nya, why is your stepmother trying to kill you?" Morro asked. The others looked at Nya, wondering the same question.

Nya thought about her response for a moment, then said "I honestly have no idea. It could be because I'm almost of age to take the throne."

She probably shouldn't have said that while Kai was drinking his water, because as soon as she said that Kai spit up the water he was drinking and it landed on Cole, Lloyd, and Shade.

"Sorry, that was an accident." Kai said. "Also, your a princess!?!"

"Yes, I am, just please don't shout it for the whole forest to hear." Nya said with a small smile.

"Well, like we said earlier, we'll keep you safe from your evil stepmother." Zane said, carrying dinner into the room.

The moment the sent hit Nya's nose, her mouth started to water. The food not only looked amazing, but it smelled incredible. As Nya took a bit, it was instantly the best thing she had ever tasted.

"This tastes delicious!" Nya said once she was done chewing. All the ninja smiled at each other like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Told you it was good." Kai said with a smirk, as he ate his food.

The ninja continued to eat their dinner, talking about different things. Then the subject came on what was going to happen tomorrow.

"So, what's going to happen tomorrow?" Asked Shade as they put the dishes in the sink.

"What do you mean Shade?" Zane asked, putting the last dish in.

"We can't all stay and protect Nya, so who's staying and who's going?" He asked.

The ninja all looked at each other, wondering the same thing. Until Nya said "You don't need to protect me, I can just stay here by myself tomorrow."

The ninja looked at each other and nodded in agreement. "Okay, just don't let anyone in the house." Lloyd said.

"And I'll try my best to help around the house. I could do your laundry tomorrow." Nya said with a smile.

"As long as your not as bad as Lloyd, last time he did laundry, Zane's suit was pink for weeks." Cole said and all the ninja started laughing.

"Well, lets go to bed, the brown ninja is very tired." Dareth said then yawned.

With that, the all headed to bed. Kai, being a caring person, let Nya sleep in his room. So he slept on the couch. None of the were aware that tomorrow, bad things were coming.
