Surgery and more surgery

Rachel's POV

You already felt that you're disappearing? That no one can hear you yelling in pain? That no one can see you? Yeah, this is happening to me right now. I'm here seeing a lot of doctors trying to save my life.

"She has internal bleeding." Dra.Bailey said.

"And a cerebral bleeding." Dr.Shepherd said.

"And three broken bones."Dra.Torres said.

"She's so young, she have to live." Dr.Shepherd said.

"Let's work people" Dra.Torres said.

I'm going to surgery and I was looking to Noah and I hear someone yelling

"He has a huge internal bleeding and have to go to surgery right now!!!"Some doctor yelled.

Oh no we're both screwed and I just want my brother to stay alive.

"We're dying you know?" Noah asked to me.

"If I die with you I know I will be okay." I said. "I just wanted to had the chance to say goodbye.

-Flashback Rachel last moment to Finn- Rachel's POV

My last moment with Finn was yesterday and I thought that was one day from many others, I didn't think my end was that close.

We were at his house in the kitchen talking and his moms appear.

"Hey Kids!" His moms said.

"Hi mom!" Finn said kissing her cheek, it's so cute see the way he treats her.

"Hi Mrs.Hummel" I said smiling.

"Oh darling, I already said to you call me Carole." She said smiling.

"Rach, do you want to get out?" Finn asked. 

"Sure, just let me grab my purse." I left.

When I was coming back I hear him and Carole talking about me.

"I really like Rachel, she's kind and fun. You can't be sad around her. It's impossible." Carole said and I smile when I hear.

"I know, she's so special. She's the love of my life, she's not just my high school girlfriend, she's the love of my life, I want to marry her, I want to have kids with her." He said to his mom, who was smiling.

"I'm so happy for you son." She said and hugged him.

"I'm here." I said walking in the kitchen.

"Bye mom!" he said kissing her cheek.

"Bye Carole!" I said smiling and giving her a hug.

"Bye! Have fun you two." She said.

We went to a ice cream shop and when we get our ice creams we sit on a table outside the store.

"This is so good." I said smiling. 

"I love your smile, the shine of your smile shine overshadow the sun." Finn said giving me the half smile.

"How could I be so lucky?" I asked.

"What?" He asked we confused with ice cream all over is face.

"You're just the most precious thing in the world and I'm the luckiest girl in the world, cause I know that you're mine Finn Hudson. And I love you so much." I said to him.

"I love you too." He said smirking and we kissed passionately. 

He looked me home and when I was about to leave the car I said

"Thank you." I said.

"For what?" He asked.

"For be an awesome boyfriend and loving we with all my defects. I don't know how I used to survive with you, I love you with all my heart Finn." I said with teary eyes and smiling.

"I love piece of you Rach, you're my everything. I love you so much and I promise, I will never stop loving you." He said smiling and we kissed passionately.

"See ya tomorrow babe." I said smiling. 

"See ya tomorrow." He said and we kissed again.

But I would never imagine the tomorrow would be like this.

Rachel's POV

I walk in the waiting room and saw everyone there, crying for me and Noah. They were crying and praying. Oh no... my sweetest Finn, he is miserable, he's crying so much and I just want to hug him and say that I'm fine, I'm still here. 

"They're looking miserable." Noah said.

"I can't stand see them like this." I said.

"Let's go check on us." He said. 

When we get in OR 1 I saw my body all open with people saving me. There's a surgeon oin my brain. Dude, this is terrible to watch.

"Ew! Disgusting!" I said.

"Dude I can see your brain!" Noah said with disgust.

"Let's go back to the waiting room." I said.

When we get there everyone was still there.

Finn's POV

Everyone was still there crying when some random woman and man walk in asking desperately news from Rachel and Puck to a nurse. Who are them? 

Rachel's POV

"Noah, I think everyone is about to discover about our dads death." I said.

"How do you mean?" He said.

I pointed to Camilla and John, officially they have our guard, but they're kind of cool uncles. They mean a lot to me and Noah, they are our family.

"I hate myself." I said with teary eyes. "This is all my fault, if I had not argued with you about the truth, we would have left early and none of this would have happened." 

"None of this is your fault, this is the truck's dude fault." Noah said 

"Where are them? Are Rachel and Noah okay? Are they alive?" Camilla asked.

"SOMEONE GIVE US NEWS NOW!" John yelled.

"I'm sorry but can I talk with you two in private?" Mr.Schue asked.

"Sure." Camilla said.

"We have to hear." Noah said.

We approach them and hear all the conversation. 

"I'm sorry but who are you two?" Mr.Schue asked "And how you two know Rachel and Puck?" 

"They didn't tell any of you, did they?" John asked.

"Tell us what?" Mr.Schue asked.

"The reason they moved to LA?" Camilla said.

"No, they just left a letter saying that they went through a lot and needed to leave." Mr.Schue said.

"Of course they didn't, they have pity eyes."John said to Camilla

"I think It's not up to us to tell, they are not ready yet." Camilla said. "Just let them be okay."

"CAN SOMEONE AT THIS DAMN HOSPITAL TELL ME HOW ARE MY GODCHILDREN?" John yelled at the reception.

I think I never mention, but Camilla and John are mine and Puck godparents. They're really family.

"I'm so sad." I said.

"I hate see everyone like that." Noah said with a tear rolling his cheek.

"We can't die." I said crying. "We are so young and no one in this room deserve this." 

"But what can we do?"

Suddenly everything start to disappear and we hear two voices.
