The Hooded Man

Back in Beacon.

After finishing the class.
Team RWBY and JNPR are back on their dorms except for Pyrrha, who went straight to the library. And once she gets there she waste no time and try to find the book Dr.Oobleck told her about. And after some time of searching she founds it.

"Ah ha" she said.

She takes the book out of it's shelf. It's a rather thin black book with the word 'The Hooded Man' colored  golden like color.

"Thinner than i thought it would be" she said. "At least this shouldn't take long" she said as she makes her way to the nearest chair.

Meanwhile on team RWBY dorm. The heiress are doing the same thing.

"The hooded man" Weiss said outloud.

"Oh you found it?"

"It's kinda hard not to. There is surprisingly a lot of results. It seems this guy is quite popular. There is a lot of fanarts, there is also this thing called creepypastas that are based off him"

"All right then, who is he?" Ruby said.

Pyrrha hands went across the pages.

The Hooded Man is mysterious figure that have been sighted across history. Appearing to soldiers and leaders in a time of war, whether it's small or big. He made his first appearance back on a war for freedom, 300 years ago. He was seen by both leader. A d redulted in they both wrote about him in their journals. And the strange thing is that the war ended not long after seeing him. The book say that they might be hallucinating because of the stress from the war.

But decades later this was proven to be false. Because there were another war. A war between tribes three tribes. And once more this man appeared, and they recorded him in their journals and just like last time, not soon after his seeing his figure, the war stopped.

Back on RWBY Dorm.

"It is unknown what part he took, in both war. But after that, a rumor forms and went across the land. The rumor of a man fully cloaked in a brown hood. And people starts calling him with the only characterestic they knew. The hooded man" Weiss read.

"Okay then, so he is a hero. What does this have to do with (y/n) having no aura?" Ruby asked the heiress.

"Give me a second, i'm not done reading it yet" Weiss said. She clears her throat.

"Many decades past. And a disease broke out. Things got worse and people starts fighting for medicine, and doctors. but it was no use, there was no medicine for that disease, and yet the people still kept fighting. And amidst the chaos, they saw him again, The Hooded Man. Not long after that, a cure was found and the fighting stop. And decades pass again"

"Whoa whoa whoa wait a minute. how many decades past already? This guy must be an old man at this point" Yang said.

"Oh he should be. But..." Weiss scroll the text.

"It seems that he just keeps appearing. He even appeared in the great war"

"Wait so he was the one who stopped the great war?" Ruby said.

"Well, at least he took part in it somehow, i guess" Weiss said.

"How did he even live that long? Not even a faunus can live that long" Blake said.

"Maybe it's more like a title thing? They passed it on from people to people" Ruby said.

"Maybe, i guess that makes sense." Yang said.
