Chapter 8: Learning.

Syrena's POV.

Charlie and Oceania had gone to upstairs, they had decided to play a board game, God knows why.I called the pizza guy half an hour ago he should be here right now. The doorbell remained silent. I heard a loud rap on the door, seriously why do we have doorbells if you just knock? I opened the door slowly, you never know if a rapist or murderer is outside. I saw a gut my age with a lot of pimples and a bored expression on his pimply face.

“your pizza” he said in a voice that meant he could be somewhere else doing something better.

“Thanks, now bye”  I said shutting the door.

“Wait you need to pay me 15 dollars” He said holding out his hand, I noticed his Palm was sweaty, gross. I paid the Pizza dork his 15 dollars.

“plus tip” he said.

“here's your tip: wash your hands now bye” I said closing the door and started giggling.“guys the pizza has come fresh and hot!” I hollered. I heard a door open and saw Charlie and Oceania wrestling each other while falling down the stairs ouch. I walked over to them and pulled them apart.

“ ouch!my stomach stop punching my fricking stomach!” Oceania screamed. Charlie gave Oceania a kick in her stomach  and raced to the table and grabbed, you won't believe it 4 frigging slices of pizza! you mess with me it's ok you mess with my pizza you going down! I jumped over Oceania who was on the floor moaning like an injured goat who got run over by a car, and committed suicide twice,oh well she would get better soon. I ran to the sofa where Charlie was sitting, eating my oh ok, our peri peri pizza. I managed to get a slice from her (she kicked the other slices so I couldn't eat it) and I took two slices from the box.I left  Oceania a few slices to eat but currently she was passed out on the floor. I jumped on to the sofa next to Charlie and began eating, we were joined by Oceania a few minutes later.

“So Charlie shouldn't you be teaching us how to handle our transformation and giving us a few pointers about being a new born vampire.” Oceania said while joining us on the sofa.

“Well, yeah I should be getting to teach you how about after we finish dinner?” Charlie said.

“Yeah, sure” I said with a mouthful of Pizza.

We finished dinner and went outside, Charlie said we'd have to be outside and we'd need a bit of space.We went to the back garden it was big and perfect as Charlie said.

“Ok guys, first no questions until after I'm finished ok?”Charlie said in a stern voice. Me and Oceania nodded.

“Ok first the transformation will take place at midnight and it will be painful, VERY painful just imagine being cut into cubes with a very sharp knife and multiply it by 100 that's how painful it is second you're going to be naked but don't worry we've been there, so don't worry Ok and you'll keep the powers you earned while you were mermaids but the powers will be.  . . oh how do I put this darker when I was a mermaid my power was teleportation meaning I could teleport in any place like say I was in Asia I could teleport anywhere in Asia but if I wanted to teleport to Africa  I'd have to wait for 24 hours or more but now I'm a vampire I can do the sane things I could when I was a mermaid but now I can teleport in to someone's brain as in read your mind in a vague way example if you're happy I can look into your mind with a lot of concentration and know you're happy nothing else so if your angry   I can look into your mind and know your angry so it's complicated and it takes a lot of concentration and energy. Oh and eye. you guys transform you'll be craving blood more than some one who is lost in a desert craves water so be prepared and after the transformation you'll be wearing vampire clothes.” Charlie said.

“Wait you said we'll be naked during the transformation” I mentioned.

“During the transformation you'll be naked after transforming you'll have clothes, understood?” Charlie said patiently. Oceania and I nodded.

“So dark powers well we can live with that I guess but your powers are painful and take energy right.” Oceania said.Charlie nodded in response.

“Well guys let's go I don't know why we cane outside but can we go in please?” I asked.

“I brought you outside because even walls have ears” Charlie said seriously. I nodded and we walked inside, it was a bit cold so I made some coffee I love coffee so much I can marry it. I sat down on the couch with my steaming hot coffee and took out my phone Iogged into my wattpad account (A/N: I love wattpad too much sorry) and began reading The Ghost files (awesome book). It was 11:00 when I put the book down partly because my battery was on 5% and partly because I was fricking tired. After brushing my teeth and braiding my hair I charged my phone and slipped into bed Charlie was asleep and Oceania was watching a re-run of Friends. I offered prayers to goddess Lagoona and drifted off to a deep sleep.
