chapter 8

  Yuta was the first to wake up. He slowly opened his eyes into the dim room and blinked the sleep from his eyes.

  The pink curtains were slightly open letting a sliver of sunlight peak through and hit the bed and wall next to them. He could hear the birds outside chirping, and the heating system blowing softly into the room and the quiet of the house meaning it was still just the two of them.
 
  Yuta shifted a bit but stopped when he felt a familiar weight on his shoulder and chest. He looked down and smiled.

  There lay Sicheng, sleeping peacefully on the boy he was worried about. Pink hair softly tickling the males face and warm breath leaving their soft lips and warming the other's chest. Their arm wrapped around the boy's waist and clung to the olders shirt as if to make sure they wouldn't leave.

  "How am I gonna explain this to him..he'll think I'm a bad person.." Yuta thought to himself, now gently running his fingers through the sleeping boy's soft locks. He always adored the boy's pink hair, it suits them so well.

  As well as their soft appearance and kind-hearted nature. It was the opposite of Yuta, yet the boy pulled him in and was slowly breaking down the walls Yuta had built up for most of his life.

  He felt the boy stir in his sleep and watched them slowly open their eyes and pout cutely at the soft light coming in the room.

  Sicheng released his hold on the others t-shirt and rubbed his eyes and wondered why he felt so comfortable. It only took a second for the memories of last night to come back to the boy and that he was, in fact, sleeping on the other's chest. He felt himself lightly blush at the thought of how they shared the same bed together.

Sicheng sat up in the warm bed and stretched his arms above his head and yawned. "Did you sleep well?" He heard a voice speak into the silence of the room.

  Slowly looking at the older male laying down watching him, he smiled. "Yes, I did.." Sicheng replied softly and felt his face heat up again. 'How can someone be so handsome...?' The boy thought to himself looking down at his hands which were playing with the hem of the others t-shirt.

  "What are you thinking about angel?" Yuta asked with a smile softly to the other boy who was smiling to themselves and daydreaming.

  Sicheng looked up shyly at the other. "Its nothing Yuta..." the boy replied and giggled.

  Yuta felt his heart rate pick up. The boy was too cute for his own good and looked so beautiful in the morning light, and with the small ray of sunshine hitting their body they truly looked like an angel.

  Yuta picked up the boys hand and brought it up to his lips and left a lingering kiss on it. "I'd really like to kiss you right now but we both just woke up so maybe after we're awake and have freshened up. Plus I need a shower baby if that's alright with you" the dark-haired male said to the boy beside him, now lightly stroking their thigh out of affection.

  Sicheng couldn't help but blush at the statement and actions from the male beside him. It made him feel some type of way but the boy didn't know what. "Of course, I'll have to replace your bandages afterward.." the boy said lightly running his hand across the other's abdomen and chest, a small frown evident on their delicate face.

  "I'll be alright, don't worry about me sweet thing," Yuta said chuckling and tapping the boy under his chin to get them to smile. And Sicheng indeed gave Yuta a smile along with his cute giggles afterward.

  Yuta decided to sit up in the bed finally and stretch his very sore muscles. His body was still aching so he made a mental note to take painkillers before he gets in the shower.

  "The bathroom is right there, you can just put on the same sweatpants but I'll give you another shirt..." Sicheng said before crawling out of the bed to change clothes and freshen up himself.

  "Thanks, I'll be out soon" Yuta replied before slowly getting out of bed and making his way to the bathroom to shower.

  Its past 12 a.m but I just needed to update something :( its killing me with this whole writers block and not updating anything so even though this is short I'm gonna try and write more for the next chap. I already have a few paragraphs so.. hope you enjoy ♡ I miss yuwin so much...do you?
