7. Phase One....

Zuri's Point of View:

"Zuri your lips feel so damn sexy against mine...." Michael's voice fills my ears...

"Yet she is nothing but a whore but say I am cheating on her..." Thomas voice breaks my moment with Michael as his eyes glare at me....

"NO!" I jumped awake in a pool of sweat heart racing as I can't believe I am dreaming about my best friend again.

I hear the shower running and I get nervous.

Walking into the bathroom I pull the curtains back to see Thomas bathing.

"Hey sweetheart..." he says turning to kiss my forehead.

"T-Thomas what are you doing here?" I say a bit frantic hoping this is not another dream.

"Well good to see you too my darling but I got an early flight back. I felt bad for the way we left off and then I saw you was still sleeping must of been some wild party last night huh?" Thomas asks chuckling.

"Yeah, it was fun and a bit wild but thanks for coming back... did you have breakfast?" I asked as I brush my teeth and splash my face with water.

"Yeah, I bought some IHOP home. Hey baby why don't you come in and join me huh?" Thomas asks me and before I can answer the doorbell rang.

"Let me go get that okay..." I say kissing him although all I could think about was Michael's lips.

"Alright sweetheart hurry back sexy..." Thomas says slapping me on my ass as it ruffled my silk nightgown.

"Thomas, I told you I hate when you do that..." I say as I head out the bathroom.

Walking downstairs I grab my silk robe and place it on as I open the door assuming it may be a package.

"If that's a package you can...Michael, what are you doing here?" I feel like I am having Deja vu now.

"Damn if that's how you meet the mailman, can I be your postman?" Michael says chuckling and I slightly close the door and making sure Thomas wasn't in earshot.

"Michael that's not funny what are you doing here?" I asked with my arms folded.

"Well, you ran away so fast I came to bring you your purse you left behind and the pie my mother wanted me to give you, you know she will kill me if I didn't bring it..." Michael says and I take the items from his hand.

Oh yeah, I did forget my purse damn my mind really turn into mush.

"Do I get a reward for my civil service?" Michael asked flirty with me, and I frown.

"Michael what happen last night was a mistake and we should of never.... look I am married, and we just can't be doing that anymore okay?" I say hoping he understand, and his hopes isn't up too much.

"Last night you surely didn't want me to stop if I hadn't known better, I would have thought you wanted more..." Michael says stepping closer to me.

"Michael no I didn't that was misjudged on your part. Besides we couldn't... look we can be friends and all, but I am not about to cheat on my husband..." I say looking at him in his eyes which turned cold.

"Hey baby did you run off or...oh Hey it was Mikel right?" Thomas says coming out the door with only a towel around his waist.

"Thomas his name is Michael stop with your jokes..." I say popping his arm.

"My bad I was just trying to be funny anyway what you are doing here Michael?" Thomas asks as he holds me by my waist.

Whenever another man is around me regardless Thomas always like to make his territory known I guess it's a male ego thing.
