Zuri's Point of View:

"Calm down honey we will figure this out your lawyer friend is on their way..." Mama Katherine says as I cry holding the cup of tea she made me.

"It's hard to Mama K Michael is not the same man he used to be he really did change once we had Kaliah and I been aware of his problems I was working with him..." I say mumbling as I couldn't even form the words by how my heartache.

"Yes but he did shoot your husband didn't he? See I told Michael to calm down to leave you alone if the love he felt like you two had was meant to be it would come to you man he is so much like his father acting first without thinking right then and there..." Mama Katherine says trying to hold back the tears I already saw slipping.

"Don't be too hard on Michael he didn't do this mess alone I hand in it too but I refuse to let those two corrupted bastards take my husband away from me nope it's not happening..." I say placing the tea down.

"Look you can't do nothing crazy you're almost six and half months pregnant and need to be taking it easy for you and this baby Michael would want you two to stay safe..." Mama Katherine says placing a calming hand on my belly.

"What if he misses the birth of our child because of this how can I do this without him I need him I can't let them take him away from me now they already took my father..." I say bringing shock to Mama Katherine face.

"They? Who's they and they did what?" She ask as I realize she doesn't have much of a clue as to what is going on.

"Come on let's make some more tea and I'll tell you everything I know..." I say as we walked towards the kitchen....

At Arraignment:

I sat in the courtroom dressed up like a red firetuck in this red dress I wore because it's Michael's favorite color.

My belly gets bigger it's been three days since Michael had been arrested and staying in lockup until his court arraignment.

I noticed Thomas and Hansen across the room and my blood boils as I wish I could snap their necks.

I left Kaliah with her aunt Rebbie while Mama Katherine, Jermaine, and Jackie came with me to court.

Seeing Michael walk into the courtroom handcuffed chained in a blue jumpsuit made me angry.

He didn't deserve this not unless everyone got justice for the crimes they committed.

"All rise for the honorable Judge Krauthammer presiding..." The baliff says as the judge came in and then we seated to wait for the judgment.

My fingers twiddling endlessly as all I want to do is hug and kiss my husband since the last time we did was when we became husband and wife.

"Okay for the charge of Aggravated Assault, Invasion of Personal Privacy, Forced Fraudulent documents for Divorce of separate parties and the abduction of said party how does your defendant plea?" The judge says and I shake my head I dropped two of those charges these fraudulent bastards.

"Your honor the Abduction Charge and the Charge of Forced Fraudulent Divorce was drop by said party..." My dad's lawyer says she is a great lawyer at what she do and been wanting to bring Thomas and Hansen down since I informed her of the situation.

"Is said Party here to confirm these claims?"

"Yes your honor please stand Mrs. Jackson..." The lawyer says and to hear my name as it is now does bring butterflies to me although I wish it was in better circumstances.
