(Hunters POV:)

I was impatient the entire time. I need to know Veronica is safe. It's been way to long. I kept my jaw clenched, trying not to take my anger out on anyone.
"Boss. Calm down, she'll be ok, from what I've learnt she's a strong woman and definitely smart. She won't go that easy. Plus it's not the first time", one of my men said. He's right.

She is smart. But sometimes her weakness takes over. Sometimes.
The car stopped and I got out looking to my right and left.

"Are you sure this is the right place?"
I question Christopher.
"Yes. This is where her phone is tracked"
Fuck. We'll never find her here.
"I found her phone".
I quickly walked over to where her phone laid half cracked next to her gun.

Don't loose it.
"Find her. Look in the woods. Do whatever the hell you can. We are not leaving until we find Veronica.  todos ustedes entienden. (You all understand)"
They nodded and started searching.

She could be anywhere. Shouting her name would be stupid since someone obviously kidnapped her. But showing her gun and phone on the floor shows that she could have jumped out the car. She must be in pain.

I went in the woods with a flashlight and started looking around. It's to dark to see anything. This is pointless. I groaned in frustration knowing that I'm just wasting my time.

I carried on looking until I heard someone shout something.
"WE FOUND SOMETHING".
I made my way over and saw something on the ground.
"What the fuck is that?"
I question kicking it. They shined the light on it and I saw a head. Disgusting.

I looked around and saw a street light close but not that close. There could be a chance she's over there.

*BANG BANG BANG BANG*

I snap my head to the noise. Gunshots. Gunshots followed by screams.

"Veronica".
