Akali pov
Strolling down the streets of Ionia, I really thought hard of what I want to do for future sake. I wanted to break free from the assassin tradition but I can't. It is in my blood.
I walked to my cottage that was just on the outskirts of town. Quiet yet ominous place to be honest. No one ventures out here, a bunch of cowards.
I wore my usual t shirt and some shorts that was more comfortable in compared to what I normally wear to work. I rotated my dagger around my wrists watching the beautiful designs spin non stop.
It is peaceful out here and certainly something not everyone enjoy but the antisocial like me finds it perfect for living. No care for any ambushes from other people in Runeterra.
"Weird huh? All these people here never thought of leaving Ionia, leaving Runeterra and going to explore the world. It is pretty much stuck in the 1800s with no modern technology or music. It is such a bore." I groaned as I talked to myself again. The cons of just being alone.
My usual routine before I head out to train in the afternoon and do my job offers at night. Those unknowing innocent people dying in my hands. Yes I love the taste of blood oh so much.
Well since I live on the outskirts, I had internet somehow and I was always so amazed by those KPOP groups like Twice and BTS, Got7 and Red Velvet.
Their rap skills, dance skills and singing skills simply leave me in awe every single time I watch it and it never gets old surprisingly.
I write my rap myself at times but seriously, it is not up to their standards and I don't really have any confidence in my own composition.
Imagine me getting mocked in front of thousands maybe even billions of people and it wouldn't ever die down.
I picked up my weapons as I walked to the back door of my cottage where my targets stood nice and pretty throughout the whole backyard.
I ran through the place slicing and slashing at my "opponents" at different speeds and using different techniques at least 20 times. Running over and over on the same place that I've sliced.
The rope even broke off.
"Heh looks like I have to repair them again." I kept my daggers into my side holders before heading to my mailbox where most of my business come from. Usually from the rich because I'm a top notch assassin and I'm always wanted.
Imagine how much blood stains there are on my 'uniform'. I hate calling it a uniform because it isn't, I just wear it when I'm on call.
Whatever suit the people as long as I get paid.
I checked through all my mail before putting on my boring green killing outfit and headed out.
Damn it is easy kill, slashing here and there as it seems that they were all in the same place tonight. Going invisible them slashing their throats. The blood splattered onto my face and 'uniform'. I just licked the blood on my lips before continuing.
Should I say that it wasn't much of any fun? They didn't even fight back. Gosh all the boring people in the world.
Is it so difficult to get drama out of them like 'OH MY GOD PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! I WILL DO ANYTHING JUST DON'T KILL ME! I HAVE A FAMILY PLEASE JUST TAKE ALL MY MONEY AND LEAVE ME ALONE!' Legit I had to kill like 10 people tonight and none of them begged for mercy. I mean not the first one, he was caught off guard.
I sighed as I returned to my cottage yet again with clothes all stained with the blood of my worthless victims. 5 briefcases of money in my hands so easily. I just hope they don't make me travel out of Ionia just to kill.
Just saving enough money to go to Seoul maybe even become an idol huh?
A fifteen year old girl with big dreams to fulfil in future before chasing other dreams out of the norm of society. After all, I'm not just any girl you see on the streets of Ionia.
