Because you did.
You just chose the one that didn't involve me.
You should realize that you aren't rare or one in a million.
The likes of you are found everywhere.
You are just one of countless people who try to bring others down.
You lie, you cheat, you sneak around throwing shade,
Distracting people from the blade behind your back.
But I wasn't that stupid.
I saw right through you.
I saw the glint from the metal as I shone bright.
They say seeing is believing,
But I must've been blind, when we were together.
You are nothing like the guy I met.
The truth is, the guy I met,
Never would've left.
