" It's over now, Uncle Thun. I'm sorry but I.. Arthit Rojnapat sole heir to Namtarn and Jay Rojnapat Of Rojnapat Global Empire Ltd do hereby.." Arhit said solemnly but Thuntirat teary eyes, made him falter.
"Son.." his voice so broken and hopeless that Arthit gulped again swallowing the bitterness that he felt knowing what he was about to do will break the older man's heart.
"Reject any form of reconciliation to this broken betrothal upon witnessed to all that is present so it shall be!" Arthit heard as Uncle Thun sobbed into his palms, his body heaving with pent up tears.
Kong gasped and tightened his hold on Arthit's body. The words Arthit said ringing in his ears and filled his mind. His body shook. Arthit sensing the tremor in Kong's body kissed Kong's cheeks gently and nudge his nose to Kong's jaw gently until Kong finally settled. Arthit then settles his eyes on Uncle Thun seeing how broken the older man was.
Knott sat looking at his father's heaving frame. His eyes, following Arthit's move as he slowly went over to the old man, kneeling in front of him and gathering the old man into his arms. They both cried together like something terrible had happened, at least to Knott's father, Arthit's face was serene and he was smiling so carefreely towards that kid who bashed him just now.
"What the hell just happen, por?" Knott rasped as he felt his spine tingled suddenly, sensing something had gone very wrong.
"Why.. Knot..why didn't you came and see me when I strictly told you to as soon as you landed at the airport." Thun was looking at his son; with such hopelessness that Knott felt the anger build again in his heart. That look was a new one for him, oh.. the disappointed look, the angry look, the disgusted look and the utter rubbish look that his father had thrown him many times over the years was so common, Knott no longer bothers about it but this new look... hopelessness?
"So that you would lecture and lie to me again?" Knott barked, restlessness filled his soul each passing minute not daring to look at the old man and fixed his eyes on Arthit instead.
"Why do hate me so much?" Arthit asked. The jackass who bashes Knott was next to him, pulling Arthit possessively on his lap.
"Because your mom fu..ked my dad even while my mom was fighting for her life at the hospital." Knott hissed fire daggers in his eyes as he locked gaze with Arthit.
"What nonsense are you talking about, Knott?" Thun gaped at his son, not believing his ears.
"Oh, come now dad.. please spare me the innocent look. I. Saw. Her!' Knott yelled now, the pain in his eyes was obvious. Thuntirat was flabbergasted.
"What the hell did you see, Knott??" Thun asked, the look of utter perplex on his face.
"The first time, I was five.. maybe if that was the only time I saw this, anyone might have dismissed it for a child's wild imagination but...fu.k .. for ten bloody years, por, after mae's death, she kept walking in and out of your bedroom as she bloody owns it!!!!!"
Thuntirat gasped. The look of utter hatred in his son's eyes brought a million knives to his heart. He shook his head, tears still dripped endlessly from his eyes.
"She was the owner, son...." Thun said painfully. Knott spat on the ground and glared at his father. He shirked the hand of Phana and Forth of his shoulder and rose from the ground, glaring murderously at his father.
"I thought Jay was your friend and yet you screwed his wife?" Knott sneered in a disgusted voice. Thun looked at his son and felt his heart bled.
"I've never slept with Namtarn, son and you misunderstood. I've never slept in that room. It never has been mine from the beginning." Thun explained now, sadly. Knott snorted.
