          As like every morning me and Stella would get up and bathe then cook ourselves up something healthy to start our morning. The little ones still had about 2 weeks left until their entrance into this world and I couldn't have been more excited in my entire life. Every few hours I would rub oil onto her stomach to keep the stretch marks from taking over so far I was doing pretty good. A few minor ones came up but that was too be expected she was carrying 4 little ones. "Ow!" She spoke out a little too loudly. Rushing over to her I asked her what was wrong. "Nothing I just think they are kicking that's all" She tells me. I should've known something was up in that second.

"Leah!!!" Just when I heard the scream of terror I came running to the room as if the worse was happening right now. Opening the door wide open Stella was bent over holding her stomach with water trickling down her legs in a big puddle in front of her. That much shock almost made me faint. "Leah my water just broke" She tells me. I took one big gulp "Shit.. I - I thought we had 2 more weeks!" I tell her getting our bags finished together. Turning on her timer as I tell her to do she follows timing her contractions. "I'm scared Leah" She explains to me. "Hey it's going to be fine okay" I tell her rubbing her back. "Owwwwwww!" She groans out in pain. "How far was that one apart?" I ask her. "13 minutes" She tells me. "Okay that's good, let me call our parents and cancel my appointment" I tell her.

Putting the stuff in the back within 2 minutes her family pulls up getting into my car as I get in after helping Stella inside. "Everyone fastened in?" I question everyone. Nodding their heads I start up the car and head out to the hospital. I knew it was going to be bit of a drive which scared me that we might have the babies in the car. "Owwwww!!" Stella kept crying out in pain breathing through the contractions. Taking the time I check "Okay that on was 10 minutes apart we are on good time" I tell her. Right when I thought we had the fastest right we got stuck in traffic. "Oh hell no!" I tell myself mentally. Doing what I didn't want to do I did it. Calling up the police and ambulance I knew would bring the paparazzi to the scene but who gave a fuck Stella was in labor. Just as they showed up people started moving to the side letting me through as police and whatever else could get us through rode beside or behind us. Just as I said paparazzi were on our tails trying to get the latest. Laying my hand on her stomach I rub it softly "It's okay baby.. it's okay".

Just when I pulled up paparazzi stormed around us but I was not focused on that Stella was in labor. Just as I helped her out she kneeled over me going through another contraction. "Owwww!!!" She grips ahold of me as I sway her slowly side to side breathing with her. Soon as it ended I sat her down in the chair one of the doctors brought out wheeling her in. Following behind her I sign all papers leading her to the room they had privately made for her when this time came.

For 3 hours Stella was in intense pain as they kept checking her for dilation. Holding onto my hand she squeezes it going through another wave of contractions. Tears made their way across her face as I rubbed her back trying to keep her at ease and more comfortable. "How far is she?" I ask the doctor. "6 centimeters dilated" She tells me. "Does she want the epidural?" The doctor ask both of us. "No I want to deliver naturally" She tells her. As much as I hated seeing Stella in pain.. wanting to deliver the little ones naturally made me smile even harder knowing she wanted to bare the pain of our little ones.

"Alright are you ready?" I ask Stella. She nods sitting up carefully as the doctors get ready "Okay Stella on your next contraction imma need you to push" She tells her. Taking Stella's hand as another contraction comes She pushes.  Watching her perform this task made me so anxious and ready inside for whoever was to come out first. After 5 pushes the first baby is born crying. "It's a Boy!" The doctor says before she hands him over to another doctor. His little cry filled the room loudly with a few screams behind it. The next baby came out after just 3 pushes "Okay we have a Girl!" She tells everyone. My family and Stella's family just awed at the sweet little cry's. Just after the last baby was born after the next both they all cried together as Stella laid there looking at the little ones.
