"Okay, guys! That's going to be it for today. As always thanks for watching, and don't forget to join the party by subscribing. See you guys tomorrow with another video. Bye!" I stop the recording and sigh in relief.
Nine hours of pre-recording will really take it out of you.
Most people my age spend their final day of summer going to some crazy party. Everyone get's wasted and they show up for school the next day looking like death payed them a visit.
That used to be me. Parties and drinking used to run my life like no ones business. But after a series of unfortunate events, I dropped the whole "I don't give a crap" act and got down to business.
Needless to say, all the friends I had at that time didn't seem to appreciate my much more reserved side and they dropped me the first chance they got.
If I'm honest, I'm pretty glad they did. All the extra time got me into video games, and YouTube.
So now, here I am. The last Sunday of summer recording tens of videos in the hopes that I'll still have time to dedicate to the only thing I actual enjoy in life.
I look around my room. It's messy, as per usual. The floor is littered with paper and various cans of energy drinks. From the corner of my eye the digital clock reads 2:09. I curse under my breath realizing that I should have been in bed hours ago.
Swiveling my computer chair around I pick up my phone and go on twitter, scrolling through my feed before actually tweeting something.
Larry @LarryLane Finally done recording. Too bad school starts tomorrow :-( #deadtired
I set my phone down and hear the oh so familiar ding a few minutes later. I unlock my phone and instantly smile as I see the reason for the disturbance.
Graser10 @Graser10 Aww, poor @LarryLane. It must suck to be, how old are you again? 12?
I hold back a laugh, not wanting to wake my parents.
I met Graser a couple months ago, when I finally decided to branch out to other kinds of content and people in general. Graser is basically my only friend at the moment, which is totally cool with me. I'm not much of a people person these days.
I think for a while, before deciding on how to reply to Graser's attempt to insult me.
Larry @LarryLane Haha! Very funny @Graser10. Seventeen, actually. Sadly not all of us can be a 40 year old recluse. Goodnight, loser.
I lock my phone and go to bed. I have a long day ahead of me. I guess the good thing is I'm a senior.
One more year, Larry. Just one more.
Okay, hi everyone!
This is the first chapter to my very first FF.
I kind of want to clear a few things up:
1. Larry is a girl. Her name is Hilarry, I might explain why she prefers Larry over her real name later. But yes, she is a girl.
2. Feedback is appreciated, just don't hurt the author's (aka:me) feelings.
3. Thanks a million if you read

FanfictionI used to drink. A lot. I think the reason most people do it is to forget. A bottle of Jack Daniels numbs the pain long enough for you to pretend to have your shit together. Me? I did it for the opposite reason. I used to think that being shit-face...
