"oh luke,
why do we end up here?"
no response.
luke was too busy in his own world,
he sat down near the fire and smiled.
"join me."
was all he said,
and lexi did.
they sat there in silence,
only the crackling of the fire was heard,
until luke looked up at lexi, smiling.
and the smile wasn't a very happy one;
the grin was more of a sad one.
lexi asked what was wrong and he shrugged,
"what happened to you?"
silence.
"i grew up."
