Bryce's POV:

Today was really close and scary especially for Jaden I think that's why he pissed his pants earlier. Honestly I don't know why Jason's still running , I don't think there's anything to run from anymore.

" Hey could I ask you something? " He nodded

" Why are we still running? Is there anything to run from anymore? " Jason sighed and looked at me

" If we go back home they're going to put me in jail, they'll charge me for kidnapping. I'm not kidnapping you or anything but that's what they'll think since we just 'randomly' left like that babe. You understand right? " I shook my head

" No I don't understand Jason , we have a son now and one that needs us and you. If they see how much Jaden loves and takes after you , they'll have to let you stay " Jase shook his head

" it's not like that Bryce , remember Jadens EXACTLY like me and if not exactly , then he's less of what I am. They'll take Jaden from the both of us then , they can put him up for adoption and I'm sure as hell that our parent and rents wouldn't care for him , the way he is " I sighed

" Jason he's not bad , he just needs an education and I'm trying to give it to him " Jason looked at Jaden

" Look at him " I turned to Jaden seeing that he was walking around naked with one of the spears that Jason had made earlier

" Uhhh Jaden... " Jason shrugged

" You see what I mean? They'll put him with a foster family in seconds. Bryce if we go back , I go to jail and I don't think either one of us three could afford me going to jail " I nodded

" yeah you're right Jase , okay but please keep low we don't want anyone catching us " He nodded and I walked over to Jaden

" Can you put boxers on please? " Jaden shook his head

" No I good " He giggled

" Jaden please put boxers on " He giggled and shook his head

" You and daddy naked all time though " I looked at Jase and chuckled

" Me and daddy were just changing our clothes and don't ask why we were infront of eachother okay? okay now go put boxers on and I'll set a movie up for you on the tv okay? " Jaden nodded then ran off

" Wow he finally listened to you and I didn't even have to say his full name " I chuckled

" Well yeah but you know he's just like you and he's a McCann " Jason nodded

" Mini McCann " Jase added

" Yeah "

" Daddy's!! look it " Jaden walked upto us with a starfish in his hand

"Jaden where did you get that from?" I questioned

" He must've found the aquarium , I have only starfish in there. " Jason looked at Jaden then at me

" Why only starfish? " I looked confused

" Because starfish are cool motherfuckers " He walked away and sat down

" Yeah!! They're fucking cool " Jaden exclaimed

" Jaden Kyle language!! " Jason looked at him with an eyebrow risen

" Sowwy " Jay giggled then ran around waving the starfish in the air

" Jaden you're gonna kill my starfish , put him back so it can live " He did as instructed

" How come he listens to you and never to me? " Jason looked up at me

" I'm a negative and you're a positive so that combined is? " I rose an eyebrow

" Negative " Jase shrugged

" Could I tell you something? " He looked up and breathed out

" If it's about another rash I don't really care. I'll listen though " I sat next to Jason

" I miss Canada " Jason put his hand on my back and rubbed it

" Yeah I do too babe but we really can't go back they'll probably sentence me to death or get Jaden removed from us" I looked down

" Yeah that's true but can we just stick together no matter what? "

" I'm protective and you've seen that, of course we'll stick together even as a family " Jase pecked my cheek then hugged me tight
