Night Out

Bryce's POV:

" Bryce you need a night out " My mom looked at me

" No I don't. I'm perfectly fine mom. I just wanna be with family. " My dad looked at me aswell

" Bryce your mother is right. You really need to get out and meet new people and get your mind off of Jason " It has been for a while now

"But...I want to spend time with my son and be here with him incase he does something I've never seen before" Jaden looked at me

" I want treat daddy " I reached into my pocket and gave him a stick of gum

" What could he do that you've never seen? " Dad asked looking at me then Jaden

" I don't know...I just don't wanna go out. Can't I be with my son? " Mom nodded

" Yes you can , he's your son not ours. You're our son but as your parents we want you to know how to be social so go out. We'll take good care of him " I breathed out

" Fine okay. I'll be back in a little bit. " Jaden hugged me and put his hand on my chest, right above my heart,

" I love you son " I kissed his head

" Love you papa " He kissed my cheek then climbed down and walked up the stairs....well tried to walk up the stairs

" Need help? " I watched him

" Yes " This kid....I picked him up and layer him in my bed tucking him in

" You know Jaden....Even though your daddy is not here , doesn't mean that I'll not be a figure to you. Anything that puts a smile on your face will make me happy. You're a good boy. " Jaden smiled

" Okay papa " I smiled then left after he fell asleep and drove to a nearby bar then walked in and sat down

" Welcome to Crystal's Bar , can I get you our special? It's called mellon ball"

" Mellon ball? Why Mellon ball? " I looked confused

" It has a sour pitch to it then it has a little sting at the end but you'll get used to it by the third drink. " The waitress smiled

" Yeah why not? Won't kill me. " She started mixing the drink

" Come alone? " I nodded

" Yeah , just me , myself , and I " The lady put the drink down "Thanks" I played with the straw a bit

" Hey, why so gloom? " Jaden popped up into my mind

" Just thinking about my son, and how everything went down with his father when we last saw him. " A young bartender sat next to me

" Let me fill you in with a secret, this bar is a LGBT community " The young one said

" I felt it around me. There should be more places like this for people like us"

" What's your name kid? " The older lady said

" Bryce " She paused

" Missing Bryce? When did you?... "

" A couple days now. It's a long story with what happened. " It's a fucking bible

" Wow, well if there's one more thing we're good at here it's company. Most of the people who interest here came in gloom and we flipped them around. Let us flip you " Hmm...
