Sara's POV

Hey guys. Long time no see. It seems like you need a bit of catching up. It's been about 5 years since my time in the spotlight. I am now in my 3rd year of college. I did hang out with Noah and Alex a few times after LACC and I met up with Finn one last time during winter break. That was when we decided to break up. It was 100% mutual, and we decided it was best so we could move on with our lives. Within 6 months of LACC, my fame started to die down. Mostly because I let it. I shut down my Instagram and the rest of my social media and made new private accounts. I knew it was the right thing to do if I wanted to live a normal life. After that, I mostly focused on my dance. I continued to compete, perform, and I was invited to be a dancer on Dancing with the Stars. That was my life now. Sure, I was sort of famous, but it was due to my hard work, not my luck like my old fame was.

I hadn't stayed in touch with Noah or Alex too much. I knew Noah was still acting but not as much as when we were kids. He was actually in a movie that came out recently, but I wont let myself see it. It would be too hard. Alex is still pretty famous. She and Noah are still inseparable and they're actually at UCLA together right now. Alex was a lot better at handling fame than me. She continued to do photoshoots, interviews, and even attended the next few LACCS.

Now the thing you guys probably care the most about- Alack. Jack stopped acting a few years ago so he could live a bit of a more normal life. He's actually at UCLA with Alex and he is majoring in film production. And yes, he and Alex are actually still dating. They celebrated their 6 year anniversary last month. Occasionally I'll search their instagrams and look at their pictures. They haven't changed at all.

Millie and I actually kept in touch the longest. We would FaceTime and lot and she came to New York often for events so she would stop by. We only stopped talking maybe when we were about 18, but we still have eachother on social media. I didn't know too much about Sophia except that her acting career started to die down after a few years and she got engaged to a man at her college a few months ago.

Finn is actually the person I knew the least about. He was still acting, but even when we were young, he kept his life pretty private. All I knew is that he was a supporting role in a new TV show shooting somewhere in America.

Now enough of my friends, back to me. After all the hype died down, I started to live a pretty normal life again. Tessa moved away the next year, I made a few new friends, and I kept dancing. Throughout the next 5 years I had a few boyfriends that lasted for a few months at a time and one that lasted for two years. But none of them matched what Finn and I had. You probably think I'm hung up on him, and I'm not going to say I'm not, but he'd probably forgotten about me years ago.

"BEEP BEEP" I heard noise of my phone waking me up. I rolled over and pushed the "off" button and sat up. I looked over to the bed across from me and saw that my roommate Marisa who I had been friends with since we were kids had already left. She works about half an hour from our apartment, so I often woke up alone. I jumped out of bed and grabbed the black sports bra, blue tank, and black capris leggings I had laid out. I'm not usually this awake, but today was the first day of the new Dancing with the Stars season. Well, not the first day of actual dancing, but the day we met our partners and saw what they knew how to do, how they moved, if we could tolerate them, etc. I brushed my teeth and threw my dyed auburn hair into a messy bun. I dyed my hair when I was 16. My parents think it was a rebellious move to compensate for losing my friends. I grabbed my bag and ran downstairs so I could catch my usual 7:00 ride to the studio.

I saw Molly, the other dancer who lived in my building. She drove me to set everyday. "Hey loser, ready for work?" She asked jumping into the car.
"Let's get going!" I smiled letting myself into the passenger's seat. She started up the car and she began driving down Hollywood boulevard.
"Derek showed me the partner list," she told me. "I have this guy who's in that new superhero movie, I don't even remember his name," she chuckled.
      "What about me?" I asked.
"Oh, this guy Francis, he's an actor or something." I nodded.
"They always give us the people nobody knows," I sighed.
"That's because all the celebrities that who people know are busy doing actual celebrity stuff," Molly rolled her eyes. I laughed.
"True."

In a few minutes, we got to set. Our manager Derek was standing at the door saying hey and checking us in as we entered. I walked through the large building into my dressing room. I set down my bag and immediately made my way to the coffee room. That's where all the dancers hang out before we start. The celebrities usually get taken all together in a shuttle bus since they don't really know their way around the studio.
"Sara!" Everyone exclaimed. I waved and made my way to the coffee machine.
"What's up guys?" I greeted.
"I'm so sick of this show," one dancer Fiona groaned. "They gave me some snowboarder."
"Well I have some makeup artist!" My friend Henry complained.
"They really couldn't find anyone good this year, could they?" I sighed.
"I think I've heard of yours before, but I don't know where," Fiona said thinking. "Probably not honestly." We kept talking for a while until Derek called us into the meetings room to meet the celebrities. We walked in and I sat in a seat next to Molly. A name tag that said "Sara Zizzo" was placed in front of me on the table.
"Here we go," Molly said as the door opened. Our assistant director opened the door letting a bunch of people inside. Yep, I didn't recognize one of them.
"Ok guys, just find your assigned dancer and sit in the seat across from them for now," Derek instructed. The celebrities were roaming the room trying to find the name that their paper told them. A tall man with straight black hair sat across from me. He had a gentle look to his face.
"Hi, you're Sara right?" He said in a warm deep voice.
"Yea," I answered smiling. "You must be Francis?"
"Oh no," he laughed. "They got my name wrong on the first paper..."

"I'm Finn."

Time froze. Suddenly, the tall man's face transformed into the familiar face of my first boyfriend. He must have noticed I was looking at him weird because he squinted his eyes for a moment before they opened wide. He smiled gently at each side of his mouth.
"Good to see you again Zizzo."
