Zendaya waited and waited, for hours. She was alone in Diego's apartment, with no one to talk to about how she felt. Luckily, Indigo came knocking on the door.
"Oh! I thought Diego would be home-"
"Can I talk to you?" Zendaya worriedly asked.
"Sure?"
Zendaya grabbed her hand and dragged her to the couch. "I like Diego."
"I know." Indigo interrupted.
"I realize you're VERY protective- oh?"
"I'm not dumb, plus I know Diego likes you, I swear. I may have freaked out a little from the Instagram post, but you could've warned me." She said, laughing at the end.
"He does?" Zendaya said in confusion.
"He is whipped, I'm telling you."
Zendaya felt like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders, she feared rejection, badly. That talk was definitely something she needed, but she was going to have to face Diego about her feelings sooner rather than later.
