(8 and a half months later)

"Get up. NOW!" I cry out as a contraction hits. I throw my left arm out to smack Noah. It's probably three am. He stirs slightly, and I grab his arm and squeeze it hard.

"Ow!" he groans, the pain wakes him up.

"I'm in labor." The last contraction knocked the wind out of me, so I am pretty out of breath.

"Oh! What do you want me to do?" He jumps out of bed.

"Get dressed, brush your teeth and then grab the hospital bag. I am going to brush my teeth, and go to the car. I need towels too." I say swiftly. I slowly make my way out of bed and I grab a few towels. As I am walking over to the linen closet, my water breaks. Another contraction hits, this time much harder than before. I let out a loud scream.

"CATE?" Noah rushes towards me. I slid to the ground, and I hold myself. I feel a strong pair of arms wrap around me. He tries to pick me up, but this causes me to scream louder. He gently sets me back down, and I attempt to breath through the pain. After the minute long contraction stops, I let out a small cry.

"Did it pass?" He asks. I nod, and I stand up again. I turn to get the towels.

"I am going to go to the car now." I grumbled. He smile and nods. I grab the keys and I make my way to the car, we have retired and sold my beautiful R8 and now we are using my silver Volvo. I set down the towels on the seat so I don't ruin the seats. After about a minute, Noah comes rushing out with my bag in stow. He puts it in the back seat and hops into the driver seat. He speeds out of the driveway and we start the thirty minute drive to the hospital.

Somehow, he managed to to cut the thirty minute drive into a fifteen minute drive. I had three massive contractions on the drive there, this motivated him to drive even faster. We pulled into the hospital, Noah parks and we walk to the door together. He holds my bag in one hand and my hand in the other. We check in, and by the time I am settled into a room, it is almost five am.

"So are you ready for this?" Noah asks holding my hand.

"I am almost four weeks early. I am a little nervous but I am glad that I packed early. I don't feel good babe, can you find a doctor?" I ask him calmly. He gets up and walks out to the hall. I twiddle my thumbs and he returns with a nurse.

"What can I do for you sweetie?" She asks kindly.

"Well I'm not feeling well. I am a little concerned because I am so early..." I say softly. She nods.

"I will be back with an ultrasound machine." She turns and leaves.

"Can you bring me some water. Actually can you bring in my blanket from the car?" I ask him sweetly. He smiles and leaves.

After a few minutes, the nurse returns with the ultrasound machine, as promised.

"Okay, let's just get a quick look at the baby." She smiles. She puts the cold gel on my stomach, and she uses the wand to look at my baby. Her smile falls and swiftly picks itself up again.

"The doctor will be in shortly to take a look." She smiles and quickly rushes out. I suddenly have a pit in my stomach. Noah soon returns with my favorite throw blanket. I curl up in it and wait for the doctor. After about fifteen minutes, the doctor come in.

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Centineo. How are you doing? The nurse tells me you were concerned?" The doctor has a very smooth voice.

"Please, call me Cate, and yeah, something just doesn't feel right." I say. It sounds stupid as I say it, but he looks like he is concentrating on my every word.
