When I got home only rylenn was there, she was panicking and almost about to cry. " Where have you been sis? I thought you were sent to jail, or ran away, or was kidnapped." I'm fine sissy! it was pretty scary though. I had to hide in a wooden box and i fell asleep there. But I woke up and found a dollar so i went to the coffee shop. now i have a date." What? sis! you have a date, and omg. lots of stuff happened. do you have anything to wear?" No.. i have nothing except a black dress that mom had. its kind of torn." I can get about four bucks from luke and we can go to the ribben shop and i have a little 25 cents sewing kit. The dress was pure black, all silky, with ruffle shoulders and a crease by are boobs. " hey sis! i'm gonna go try to find a job. i need a few bucks because i wanna add something cute to my dress, maybe some silver sequans." you don't get money after a day. i'm going to ask luke for 4 bucks, and i have about 10 bucks saved up. maybe if we go in the rich neigborhood we can find some things we can pawn off." Rylenn said. I got on my skateboard and she got on her bike, the closes rich neighborhood was 3 miles away. We got in there and we found a dumpster. we found a little table, some chairs, a radio, and some jars. we put it in are bag, and headed are way to the pawn shop. when we got there nobody was really there the man at the front desk seen us and asked what we have. i pulled out the huge lamp from my duffle bag it took up pretty much all the room, we had to carry the table and chairs the rest was in are bags. he looked at the lamp to make sure it worked, and was in good condition. he said it was worth about 20 bucks, we said deal! next we took out the radio, he looked at it and said it still worked perfectly! he said about 50, we smiled with a huge smile! we put the chairs and table on the ground he came back from behind the desk and looked at them. he said the chairs looked like 2 dollars. so we only got 2 dollars out of the chairs, but the table was like 10 bucks. we pulled out the three glass jars, they had flowers on it, with little kittens on them playing with yarn. he said sense there glass, each one can cost up to hundered dollars! we got 300 dollars total out of those. we might not be rich, but thats a lot of money for us! we got a total of 382$! the man gave us the money, and we left with smiles on are faces! we went home and luke was sitting watching a movie, he probably rented. we told him everything that happened i took 20 bucks, rylenn took 20 bucks out of it too! then cooper only wanted 5 to by this little action figure, he had only 2 other ones because he only could take 2 toys, he chose the teddy bear and those other two action figures. luke said he could get dinner tonight for us anywhere we would like, and take the rest of the money in the saving jar. we have been putting money in the saving jar for a while. its a jar you have to break to be able to get the money out, we only have about 400 in there. but where saving up to buy a house one day. luke mostly buys are clothes at a flee market, or goodwill. somewhere cheap. we only go clothes shopping once a year. I told luke i am going out to dinner tonight with a boy, he is paying. lukes face was mad but then turned into a smile! i told luke needed only a couple of bucks to go fix moms dress. i went upstairs so did rylenn, she grabbed the dress and said that she only needed her sewing kit, and the stuff i wanted on it. i said first i need to buy it, so i said " i'll be back!" i told luke where i was going and he said alright. i hopped on my skateboard and went to the little art supple place in town. When i went in it smelt like paint and art supplies, i found the sewing isle and found some jewels, they were sequanes that were silver. i got 2 packs of them. when i left the store i went straight to goodwill. there was some cute shoes that were 2 dollars they were black sandals with some sequanes on them like my dress is going to be. then i found a curling iron, i havent curled my hair in forever. i seen this really cute top it was cheap, it was white and it it said " summer" in black bold letters. i found some pants to go with it, they were grey skinny jeans, but they were strechy. i paid for my stuff and left with 2 shopping backs in my hand. i still had 10 dollars left over, i went straight to the makeup place a couple blocks down from goodwill. i stepped in there and it smelt like cheap makeup, and perfume. I seen some cute smokey eye shadow, it was 99 cents, I seen some pink lipgloss so i bought it, it was the same price as the eye shadow. i had some eye liner and mascara at home. it never runs out. i bought those items and went home. " wow took you long enough toots." Yeah, i bought some makeup and a few pairs of clothes." Oh cool!" i gave rylenn the stuff i wanted on the dress and it took her 3 hours to sew it on. but it was worth it. i plugged in my curling iron and let it get hot. i put on the dress, it had no straps to it, and it was beauitful. it was the prettiest black dress i have ever seen. i curled my hair for the first time in forever. i made my eyes so smokey and mysterious. then i put on the sticky sticky lip gloss. i slipped on my shoes and asked luke if he could take me just a few miles up. he said it was fine. he dropped me off at the coffee shop where i last seen the guy matt. i walked down to the resturant named "phillys" i seen matt standing by the door. he was wearing a grey shirt that said "happiness if life" some black pants, and a leather jacket. he took one look at me, and smiled. one of the biggest smiles i have ever seen in years. he gave me a hug, he smelt like axe & a hint of mint. " Hey nice to see you, this place has whatever kind of food you want! its like golden correl but better. We walked in and the person in the front sat us down. he asked us what we would like to drink, matt ordered tea, i ordered lemonade. the waitor brought us back are drinks, along with plates and bowls. we grabbed are plates and we looked around. matt got spahgetti with meatballs, and some bread. I grabbed steak, salad, potatos and macaroni n cheese. we ate a little and told each other about are selfs. he told me about his family, and school, and work, i told him a little about me. The date was over, and it was already midnight. he said he would drive me home but i said it was fine, my brother can pick me up. i called my brother on my little minute phone and he came and picked me up. I went home that night and fell sound asleep, it was one of the best sleep in a while.
