Chapter 3 The Results

I'm anxious to get the results back from the D.N.A test, I've got to know if he is my father. On another note I am still adjusting to being in a relationship with Peter. I was supposed to be getting ready for school but I haven't even gotten out of bed yet. It was just Peter and I at the house, Aunt May was at work. I finally decided it was time to get out of bed. I rolled out of bed groaning as I did, then went into the bathroom; Pete was in the shower. "Hurry up Pete." I said as I left the bathroom, I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. I hated that I was smoking again, it disappointed Peter and I don't want to dissapoint him. As I'm smoking my cigarette I can't help but think about how much I need to know if Tony is my father or not. It was all I could think about. I finished my cigarette and flicked it across the road,then I headed back inside to hopefully get a shower. I went into Pete's room and grabbed my things, he was getting dressed. I ran into the bathroom and hopped in the shower, I had to take a quick one if I was going to catch the bus. Once I finished I got out drying myself off. I got dressed into a pair of light ripped skinny jeans, a white tank top and a thin army green long sleeve shirt that fit loose. Then I towel dried my hair and pulled it into a side pony tail,then I brushed my teeth and i exited the bathroom. "You look  beautiful." Peter said as he kissed me softly. "Thank you." I smiled as I put my tan ankle boots on. I looked up at him as he took my hand in his and we walked out of the house. I stood behind him as he locked the door with his free hand. Then we walked to the bus stop, as soon as we got there the bus pulled up. I hopped on the bus behind Peter we sat in a seat next to each other. "Are you guys a thing now?" Ned asked us, Peter smiled. "Yes we are." he smiled at me giving me a kiss on my cheek. "Oooh when did this happen?" MJ asked. "Friday night." I said
"Give me the details in first." She smiled. "Oh yes definitely." I told her as Pete blushed. "Don't tell her everything just the basic of how we ended up together." "Of course." I said as my phone buzzed with a text, I hoped it wasn't my mom. I looked down and it was a number I didn't know but it was the text I had been waiting for, I showed Peter the text so only he could see. I texted back saying I would come by after school, I received a text back saying that Happy would pick me up in a red Audi. So I replied with an okay showing Pete the texts as well. "Guess I'm going home solo today, unless you guys want to hang out?" he asked our friends. "I'm free." Ned said. "I'm free. Where you going to be?" MJ asked me. "Oh uhmm I have some things to take care of. It's just personal matters." She looked at me weird but nodded her head. She was a very hard person to fool or trick, she analized people and could red people as well as a lie in a heartbeat but really I wasn't lying to her, I did have to go handle a personal matter. I just didn't specify what that matter was. When we finally arrived at school,Peter grabbed mine and his bag then my hand and led me off the bus. We walked into the cafeteria to grab breakfast, I decided on a chicken biscuit while Pete got breakfast pizza. We sat down to eat our breakfast, Ned and MJ soon joined us. I kinda wanted it to be just us eating together but I guess that doesn't happen when you are dating your best friend who also happens to be best friends with Ned and then you happen to be best friends with MJ as well as Pete is good friends with her too. Just as we finished up our breakfast the familiar sound of the bell rang,Peter took our trays and grabbed our bags, I reached for his hand but he shook his head and put his arm around me pulling me close to him. The four of us walked out of the cafeteria and went towards our classes. I had mathematics first with MJ, while Peter had English. I dreaded going to my class because it was set up in a way that we learn about different types of math and currently we are learning about calculus which bores me to tears because I'm just gifted in books, so the teacher lets me help the other students after my work is done. I also tutor students on Tuesdays and Thursdays and today was Thursday. "Shit." I mumbled. "What baby?" Peter asked me as we got to my class, he had walked me. "I have to go right after school and I have to tutor today, guess I'll go to the office and tell them on lunch." "It's okay you have a very important matter to attend to. Have the most fun you can in class my love." he said as he gave me a quick peck on the lips before any teachers saw. I then walked into class with MJ. "I totally knew you and Parker would end up together. Y'all are just perfect." "Well it kinda just happened." I told her. "Give me details." "Well.." I said as we took our seats, as I wrote down the bell ringer questions and began solving them. I'm good at multitasking so I continued. "I was laying on Pete's chest and he was holding me nothing out of the usual for us, then my phone rang it was my mom and so I sprung up quickly to answer the bitch and as I did my lips brushed Pete's. I was pretty upset about the phone call but after I had calmed down he said he wondered what it would be like of it wasn't by accident so we kissed and so yeah." "Wow awkward moment turns perfect couple." she said as the bell rung. I only nodded I didn't talk much at all in class. I hated the class I was in because one I already knew half the stuff and if I didn't know, I caught on quickly.  I also hated it because to my dismay Flash Thompson was in the class, he was a bully, overly confident and a bit of a class clown but I called him the class idiot. I don't talk much in class as I said but I get tired of him running his mouth so him and I have had a round of words more than a few times. I sat back in my desk and listened to the teacher go on and on about m calculus equations.  I just wanted the day to be over and before long it was lunch period. I met up with my friends at our usual table. I had pizza for lunch and the others had the chicken casserole but it looked more like slop. I held Pete's hand under the table so it would be less noticeable to teachers. I never really thought that Peter and I would get together, I mean I had a crush on him but I didn't think we would ever be more than the close best friends we were but I didn't mind that we were together. I was really fond of us being together because I felt safe and protected, he would always be there for me no matter what. "Audrey?" Peter said question in his tone. I looked over at him. "I'm sorry I was just thinking how lucky I am to have you." I said hugging his arm and kissing his cheek. "If you too keep that up I'll be sick." Ned said. "I think it's just adorable." MJ said. Then the bell rung, Peter once again grabbed our bags and took my hang in his. Then the four of us walked to class, we all had chemistry together so this period would be more bearable. I sat next to Peter and MJ sat infrot of me and Ned beside Peter. We chatted with each other before we were interrupted.  "Well I heard you and Penis Parker are a thing now." Flash said to me. "Last I checked his name was Peter Parker and yeah we are together. " "Ah I See well despite the problems we've had I was gonna ask you out you know show you what it's like to date a star football player." "Flash I wouldn't date you if you were the last man standing on earth." he stood a minute. "What if it was just me and Ned, no Peter Parker." "Well first of that's dumb and irrelevant secondly if I had to pick I'd pick Ned. You're way to full of yourself to ever have a chance with me plus I'm where I need to be." I said as a text came through from the number I didn't know I supposed it was Bruce.
