You Know that feeling you get in your stomach when it feels like butterflies are fighting with knives and pens? Well that's how I felt right now as I waited for Sara to be done with me being her barbie doll. "Aaaaaand done!" She smiled satisfied with her work. "Go look!" She said excitedly, motioning to the body mirror in our room.
I stood up and slowly walked to it as the butterflies continued to fight till the death in the pit of my stomach. I took in a big breath before I looked up, as my eyes landed on the reflection in the mirror, I couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't even look like myself.. the dark make up around my eyes made them pop, my cheek bones were more prominent and my lips looked fuller.
And this dress hugged me in all the right places, making me look Curvier than usual. It was black and silky, it had thin straps and stopped a few inches above my knee. I let my hair down and it cascaded down my shoulders and back. I didn't look like me and I'm not sure how I felt about it.
"So?" Sara asked.
"Its.... different." I said slowly, not really sure how to respond.
"Well of course its different! You actually look your age, maybe even a little older." She winked. I just smiled at her through the mirror.
"Okay its 9 and the party started at 7, so it should be- Addy you look amazing!" Sierra smiled wide as she entered the room.
"You don't think its too much?" I asked, unsure.
"Of course not! You look boner-ific!" She winked and started putting on her heels. I laughed at her choice of words and turned back to the mirror for one last look.
Here goes nothing.

The taxi pulled up to Mikey's huge mansion of a house and there were people everywhere. In the yard, the road, the back yard even on the roof.
By now the nerves were gone and over-throne by adrenaline and I felt pretty good. We all stepped out of the car and into the house. As soon as the door opened the bitter smell of alcohol hit me like a ton of bricks, the music was so loud, I could feel the bass through the floor and into my chest.
The random guy who opened the door handed me a red solo cup, half full of God knows what kind of alcohol. I downed it all at once almost immediately after getting my fingers wrapped around it. "Damn, Addy." Sierra chuckled.
"What? I'm gonna need a lot more of this stuff to get me through the night." I said as I searched for the kitchen. "I'll be over there." I said to Sierra and Sara as I pointed to the kitchen. They both nodded and walked off. There were lots and lots of cups everywhere, some empty, some half full. I found one half full on the counter and decided to just down it as well. The newly familiar burning liquid ran down my throat slowly. I saw an almost full bottler of vodka on the other side of the counter and filled up the cup a few more times until the bottle was empty.
By now the alcohol has taken complete control and I could feel it run through my veins. It felt really good. I looked out to the people dancing to some dub-step remix that sounded familiar. It was the same one playing at the club that night, and it made me want to dance. I put the cup down and walked into the crowd of sweaty bodies. I started moving my body, getting lost in the music.
After a few minutes, I felt someone staring at me. I looked up and saw the one and only, Luke Hemmings, staring down at me from the top of the stairs. I locked eyes with his and then I remembered. The plan. A smirk crept on my face and I began moving in ways I didn't even know I could, my eyes still locked with his. I licked my lips slowly as my body moved perfectly to the beat. I finally broke our gaze and turned completely around, my back now facing him.
