i really have nothing good to say about my writing

dear hyunjin,
my father wonders how you are doing since he still considers you his second son. i honestly think that he loves you more than me, his own daughter.
then again, there's the event where he cried over my hamster's death than me but we don't really touch on that subject.
anyways, i can still picture how nervous you were to meet my parents for the first time after a year of dating.
seeing as how it was father's day, i decided to present you to my loving dad as my gift for him.
your hands held mine so tightly while you continued to worry about the doubts that kept plaguing your mind without any stop.
seeing how running away was not an option, my heart bursted at the sight of you gathering up the courage to face my parents as we both entered my home.
there really was nothing for you to worry about since my dad trusts my taste in men whereas my mom can be a little more protective than him.
i could tell that she started to warm up to you from the looks that i gave you when you weren't looking in my direction.
it was the same look that my parents gave to each other which was filled with nothing but pure love.
though she still had this slight glint in her eyes that i never comprehended.
by the end of the night, i had to drag you out since you seemed to enjoy being in my house a little too much.
there was nothing wrong with that but the thought of my parents watching all of our movements made me shudder.
it was no question that you got my parents' approval but hearing them talk my ear off was really tiring.
now that i no longer live with my parents, i wish i could have them with me once more since you are no longer here by my side.
