Taehyungs POV

I put the keys in the ignition and start the car. I reverse the car then shift it back to drive. I look at her and feel that she's uneasy. I hesitate but I put my hand on her lap.

"Lets go now."

During the drive it was quiet, besides Jimin's playlist playing on the radio. I was contemplating whether to take her to the place now or wait till a little bit later. I turn my head slightly to check up on her; to see if she was okay. She's looking out at the window, looking at the scenery. She was relaxed, but I could tell she had a lot on her mind. I stared at her for a moment, forgetting I was behind the wheel. Her hair fell into the right place, making it so her jawline would be visible. Her skin was glowing and she looked peaceful. I know she's not with him anymore, but how could her ex boyfriend lay his hands on her?

Her eyes widen as she looks forward. I see her mouth open.

"Uhh.... Taehyung, theres a car coming!"

I immediately look forward to see that a car was in my lane coming towards me. I swerve to my right and tried to fishtail back to place. I put on the hazards and I stepped on the brake then placed the car in park.

I'm panting and so is she. We both looked at each other.

"Sonmei, are you okay? I'm so sorry."

She looked at me and started to laugh.

"Why are you laughing?"

"Taehyung, I'm fine. This may sound bad, but that was actually the most exciting thing thats happened to me in a while. Well, I am awake now. Bu-but are you okay? I'm sorry I laughed."

It sounds bad, but a grin grew on my face.

"Sonmei....really? We could've... never mind. But you're good right?"

"Yes Tae, I'm good. Anyways, where are you taking me?"

"You'll see, but the place I really want to bring you will be later."

She nodded and I started to drive again.

We talked a little bit during the car ride. It takes me about an hour to get to the destination. When we pull up, she is looking out the window, examining where I am taking her.

"The beach? Isn't it a bit to chilly to be here?"

"No silly, its still a bit warm, plus I used to like coming here when I needed a place to be alone. Now I would like to share it with you."

"Taehyung, thats so sweet."

I reach my hand out to her and wait for her to grab it. She grabs it and we just walk along the shoreline. It was quiet, no one was there besides us and a couple of fishermen.

"I'm glad to see you today. I thought I was never going to see you again."

"I'm sorry, it's just that I needed some time alone. You know as soon as something good was happening to me, when theres some good change in my life, it just throws something bad right back at me."

She sounds so sad. I wish I could do more than just listen.

"You know the last night when we saw each other, that night, I wanted to just run away from everything. Run away from my problems. And I still feel like that now. I got a message from Jooyoung."

I turn my head towards her quickly.

"Jimins ex girlfriend?"

"Yeah. She thinks that I took Jimin away from her because she saw me with him that day we all were at the cafe. I don't know what to do. She even threatened me to never be seen by her."
