Taehyungs POV

"Here's your change."

The old woman hands me back a couple of cents.

"Thanks."

"Come by again!"

I placed the change in my back pocket and started walking towards Jimin's family restaurant. He had asked me to buy some vegetables since he was running low. I honestly don't want to go, because I would have to face her after all the awful things I said to her. I didn't mean it. But I still don't feel like it's the right time to talk to her.

How could I have said those things to her? She out of all people. She's been through all that shit and I just pushed on her wounds even more. I can't face her.

At least its a sunny day today. It's fall, but the sun feels the best during this time.

I am almost at the restaurant. I'm taking slow steps. I really can't face her. Maybe I should just call Jimin and give it to him outside. No, that'd make me look like a fool.

I get closer and I hesitate to reach for the handle, but I do.

I see Jimin's face turn around. I see her. Her head is on the table, she doesn't look well.

Jimin comes up to me. I then look at her and she looks at me. We stare at each other for about a good 5 seconds, but she looks away.

"Here, you told me to drop this off this."

"Oh, thanks, I'll pay you back when I get home."

He then gestures his eyes for me to go talk to her. But I ignore it.

"Ok, bye."

I turn around and I walk out and head home.

I'm sitting on the couch just scanning through TV channels. Nothing is interesting anymore. My life is back to where it was before. I hear someone opening the door; it was Jungkook.

He slightly waves to me.

"Hey."

I nod.

"Hey."

He places his belongings on the kitchen counter and comes to join me.

We both look at the screen, just watching whatever. I can feel him staring at me though.

"What? Why are you looking at me."

"You look tired."

"Thats because I am?"

"No like miserable tired."

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"Like you regret something."

I don't say anything, I just proceed to watch the tv.

He sighs and grabs the remote to turn off the TV.

"Why'd you do that?"

"Tae, why aren't you talking to her?"

"To who?"
