Chezden Eaden
"WAKE UP!" My alarm clock said again.
"Leave me alone Chloe it's still early!" I said.
"Well you said to wake up earlier so you don't leave without me." Chloe said.
"I said for YOU to wake up earlier not me," I snarled, "NOW GET OUT!"
She scurried out of the room and I groaned. What a great way to start the day. Since I was already wide awake, I did my normal morning routine. After that I put on black skinny jeans and a dark red T-shirt, followed by a black hoodie and dark red beanie with black combats. I didn't forget Chloe this time because by the time I got downstairs she was already sitting on the couch watching an old spongebob rerun. We watched a couple episodes then left. We where about to get into the car when Chloe spoke up.
"Can we walk?" She asked.
"Sure, but if you get cold don't start whining."
"I won't." She promised.
I dropped her off and walked to school. Since I had a lot of time on my hands, I went to the nearest café. I didn't like coffee, but I forgot to get breakfast again. When I walked into the café, I noticed a girl that looked around my age. She was beautiful. She was a little pale with red scene hair. She had beautiful blue eyes that couldn't even be compared to the ocean. She was so beautiful. The girl quickly rushed out of the café and I snapped out of my trance. I checked the time and realized I was almost late for school. I jogged up and ran in. I went to my locker and got to class just before the bell rang. A few minutes after I took a seat, a girl came in. Everyone's eyes immediately landed on her. It was the same girl from the café! I wonder what her name is.
"Hello! Come in come in. You must be the new girl! What is your name?"
Bex Valentene
I put my hand to my throat and the teacher told me to just write it on the board along with a few things about myself. I turned my back to the class and wrote:
My name is Bex.
I'm 17.
My favorite color is blue.
My favorite bands are falling in reverse and escape the fate.
I'm mute.
I'm from Holmes Chapel.
I like pizza.
"Well hello Bex. Please take a seat next to Chezden." The teacher said.
I sat next to the handsome boy whose name was apparently Chezden. He had pitch black hair that went a little over his shoulders, and beautiful green, with a hint of brown, eyes. They where so intense, yet they where the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen. When the lunch bell rang, I saw Chezden walking up to me.
"Hey, my name is Chez. I know you don't talk and all but um I was wondering if you wanted to come with me for lunch?" He said while blushing.
I nodded.
"Great! Do you need to grab a lunch or can we just go?" He said sounding relived.
I grabbed my notepad and scribbled 'I'm fine, let's go.' and we left. When we got there I saw a girl that had blonde hair that went down to her chest and a guy with hair like Chez's, except blonde. The guy was handsome but not as much as Chez. The guy waved us over.
"Hey Chez. Who's the girl?" The guy asked.
"This is Bex. Bex this is Mack and Alex." Chez introduced them.
"Does she talk?" The girl, Mack, asked.
"No she's mute." Chez said.
I nodded in greeting. They both seemed nice enough. I listened to their conversation while nodding along and occasionally scribbling something on my notepad. I noticed that Alex had a little crush on Mack. It wasn't hard to figure out. I'm pretty sure Chez knows, but Mack is completely oblivious to it. It's kind of adorable. I decided to talk to Chez about it later.
When lunch ended Chez came up to me and asked me what class I had next. I pulled out my schedule and showed it to him.
"Hey I have math next too, maybe we can walk together."
I nodded in agreement, but really I was squealing on the inside. I didn't know much about this kid, but I feel like we're connected somehow.
We walked into math class right before the bell rang and Chez laughed.
"I'm somehow almost always late" Chez whispered.
I smiled and the teacher greeted me. He told me to take a seat next to some student named Ash. I felt kind of disappointed that I wouldn't be sitting next to Chez, and I saw a look of disappointment before he quickly covered it up with a smile.
None of my other classes for the day included Chez, which sucked. The day went by quickly and when I got home I was greeted by Louis, my little brother.
He hugged my knees and said "Hi sissy!"
I nodded and he looked down. He misses when I talked. He's been trying to get me to do it since mum died. I hugged him and gave him to Jack, my older brother. He laughed and asked if we wanted pizza. I immediately nodded, of course.
After pizza I took a shower and went to bed. My thoughts immediately drifted to Chez. I wonder if he likes me. I fell asleep with the image of his beautiful green eyes in mind.
