We all left the house to go to the police station. Chez's mum stayed behind to watch Chloe while we where gone. I immediately texted Chez and asked him to describe his location.
'Concrete walls and ceiling. they shoved me in a room then took of my blindfold idk what else.' he texted back.
I read the text aloud to everyone. We arrived at the police station.
"Hello. How may we help you?" The women at the front desk said. She looked like she was in her early thirties. She had blonde hair and looked like she wanted to be asleep. I don't blame her, it was 4:30am.
"Hello ma'm. We'd like to report our son missing. His parents are the people that escaped a couple days ago, Mr and Mrs.Smith." Chez's dad said.
Suddenly she didn't look so tired.
"Come this way. An officer will see you shortly." she said and dropped us off in a room.
She wasn't wrong about the officer part. A few minutes later, and officer came in. He smiled and told us to sit. We obliged.
"So your son was kidnapped." He asked.
"Yes. Chezden Eaden." Chez's father answered.
"He was the kidnappers son first, correct?" He asked.
"Yes." Chez's father responded.
"Have you been communicating with him in any way?" He asked.
"Yes, he sent us a text saying that he's been held captive. He also said they blindfolded him and shoved him in a room." I said and showed him the texts.
"Give me a minute. We're going to track down where this text came from. I'll come back and ask you some more questions soon." He excused himself.
We all sat in silence until the police officer came in.
"We have found out where Chezden is being held. We will immediately get police to go to the house and felt Chez." He informed us.
"We want to help." I said, "We can get Chez out while you guys can handle the parents."
"It's too dangerous. They can have guns and all that." The officer sighed.
"We're all willing to take that chance." I answered.
"Okay. Fine. Let's go." He gave in.
