Jisung's pov:

Yes my foot was healing. And I was able to finally go back to dance practise. So that's what I decided to do. After dinner I rushed straight from the dorms to the dance room at the studios.

Me hurting my foot wasn't going to make me let down my hyungs. I wasn't going to fall behind and mess up the dances because I'd lost some practise. So I'd make up for it every night and every time we practised.

Rain splattered lightly across the windows. But the sun was still shining. So it was a bit of drizzle to clear the warm air we constantly had. It was refreshing when I walked into the warm building and headed to the stairs, lightly running up them. Walking down the corridor to our dance room.

My phone lit up, a message from Taeyong.

From: Taeyong-hyung

You rushed out so fast, without letting anyone know where you was going. Are you okay? Do you need me to come pick you up? Your not in danger?

I shook my head. Grinning at the fact that Taeyong cared too much. He was everyone's motherly figure in the group. We had no one else to rely on. Either too immature. Flirty. Too young. Or we had grandpa Taeil with zero control over us dreamies. In the end it's all down to Taeyong.

Buzz. Buzz.

Checking my phone again. I saw a message from Chenle this time.

From: Lele🐬

Jisungieee🐥🐥 Where did you rush off too? I was going to ask you to hang out? Jaemin wanted to play video games and we was wondering if you wanted too as well???

I thought of how to explain that I wanted to catch up on dance to both Taeyong and Chenle. Without seeming like I was disappointed that I'd missed out on so much.

To: Taeyong

Ahh. Taeyong-hyung. I need to catch up on my dance practice. I've missed out on some parts and I'm just going to be practicing for a few hours. I'll be home before curfew.

After that I didn't get a reply. Just a simple 'be safe.' And we left it at that. Taeyong understood obviously. So I went back to Chenle's message.

To: Lele🐬

Sorry Lele-hyung. I wish I could play video games with you and NaNa-hyung. But I've decided to try and catch up with dance practise on what I've missed. I'll be back before curfew and hopefully we can play video games then???

Chenle didn't reply. So I assumed he was mad at me for not being able to come. Or that he was playing video games with Jaemin and Haechan like usual.

I sighed, leaving my messages and finding the song to play it. Plugging my phone into our speakers and getting into my first dance move position.

I took it slow at first. Making sure I was doing all the moves right. Trying to remember where everyone else would be placed on the staged.

Then I sped it up and took on my normal pace. After dancing through the song around 7 times, I decided to take a break and scroll through instagram. Not finding much. I messaged a few of my friends, mainly Hansol, I still spoke to him, even though he left us a few years back. Because he didn't want to debut with us. No one knows why.

Time was slipping by. I didn't notice it had passed my curfew. The studio lights were still on, it must have been around 2am by now. I was feeling tired. So I decided to take another break and laid on the floor. Listening to Shinee playing on the speakers quietly.

Their soft voices mixed together somehow soothed me. I must have accidentally fallen asleep on the floor of the studio. And because their motion sensored lights, they turned off. So no one knew I was in here, unless they heard my music.

Upon waking up, I was awoken by my manager, he was standing over me, a small smile playing on his lips.

"Morning Jisung. I got a call from Taeyong worried about you. You didn't come home last night. And he stayed up all night thinking you'd come back. So I said I'd check where you last was. To find you asleep here?" Sooman spoke to me.

His voice sounded distant, but that was because I'd just woken up. And I couldn't focus. The hard floor had caused all my body to ache. And the endless hours of dancing seemed to add to the problems.

"Come on. Let's get you home." Sooman said. Offering a hand out to me. Pulling me up when I put my hand in his.

I unplugged my phone and turned the music off. We walked through the corridors and staircases. Until we got to car park. Sooman opened his car door for me and let me sit in the front. Smiling as he walked around to the other side.

"Yes. I'll be back soon with him." Sooman said into his phone. Before ending the call and starting the car.

The car ride was silent. The humming of the engine, and cars passing by were the only sounds to be heard. Sooman kept glancing over and saw my anxious look. Shaking his head lightly, he turned back to the road and carried on driving. Upon reaching our neighbour hood.

I was dreading seeing Taeyong. Wondering what my consequences could be. Everything from not being allowed my phone to going out ever again unless it was for concerts and dance practise ran through my head. Taeyong wasn't that cruel though. He'd mostly like give people a stern talking to and shout if necessary.

Taeyong threw open the door before Sooman even had a chance to open my car door. I saw his red hair by the door and heard his voice talking to Sooman. Before the car door opened and I was able to step out.

Bidding my manager goodbye, I slowly walked to the house. Avoiding Taeyong's gaze.

I walked inside and waited for Taeyong to close the door.

"We was worried sick about you. I can't believe you slept there all night. You could have been in a serious accident or something and I wouldn't have known because you decided to sleep at the studio. You didn't even think about the time did you? What am I going to do with you?" Taeyong started ranting.

I shook my head. Tears sliding down my face. I didn't mean to scare everyone. Especially not Taeyong or Chenle. My favourite hyungs. Beside Taeil who understood my problems.

"Don't be so hard on him. He's got a lot going on for someone's who's only 16. Imagine being away from your family and not going to school with your friends. He's got enough on his plate Tae. Relax." Taeil stood up for me. He wasn't going to let Taeyong be so hard on me.

I smiled gratefully at Taeil, before being dragged into the kitchen by Johnny for breakfast. He must have heard that I was back and decided to cook some food for me. Which I was yet again thankful for. Sleeping there and dancing all night had surely made me hungry.

Next thing was a warm bath. Some TV shows and sleep. That was my day off planned.
