Magolor hummed, the rain outside tapped upon the roof of the ship, as if humming back to the Halcandran.
His pen tapped to the rhythm of the rain, creating small dots on the sketchbook before him.
This calm rhythm was not the only music in the ship, though.
Coming from the other room, Magolor heard a smooth singing voice.
"Worlds fly by,
Drove by your place and stopped again tonight..."
Magolor thought nothing of this initially, continuing to tap his pen.
But the voice continued with its song,
"Give me touch,
'Cause I want what I want, do you think that I want too much?
Give me love, give me love..."
His curiosity rose- but he continued to listen, worried disturbing the source would make it stop...
And Magolor didn't want it to stop- not at all.
"Eyes so bright
You got a hold of me the whole damn night
I toss and turn but still I can't sleep right
I should've asked you to stay, begged you to stay
But when I get right next to you
I hear this heart beat break in two
I feel the earthquake in the room and so I pray
Fall into me and then..."
He put his initial worries aside, approaching the stairs, from where down, the voice came from- what song is Taranza playing? He thought.
But upon reaching Taranza, he saw that there was no song playing-
It was Taranza singing.
"Cause I want what I want, boy you, it's what I need
Give me love, gimmie love, give me love, give me love
Give me love, gimmie love, give me love, give me love"
Breathtaking. Magolor thought, and that it was. He found his head moving to the rythm of his voice.
"It's the way we are together
Wanna feel like this forever, forever
It's the way we are together
And I never thought I'd ever say forever-"
"Wow."
"M-MAGOLOR!" Taranza nearly fell off the couch in his suprise, a dark red blush covering the Floralians face. He had no idea he was there initially! "How long have you been there?!" He asked, although it came out more as a plea than a question.
"...A while."
