"Ouch! What in the world was that for?" I jumped up and looked back at the wall, where there was now a dent. "Sorry," Tony laughed, "Didn't know you'd hit the wall."

I couldn't help but laugh myself. This past week I've spent here at Stark Towers was interesting. Tony seems to be getting used to me. He provides Midgardian information and knowledge so I don't look like a fool, and he has seemingly changed. In the beginning, he treated me as a child who had stumbled into his life. But at this moment he treated me as an equal; a midgardian equal. Which, when I first met him, the idea of such made me sick to my stomach. Back home, I was a princess, raised between the desolate world of ice, and city of gold. That would make one think being treated as his equal would still sicken me. Yet now, I've kind of grown a liking to it.

I smiled devilishly at Tony the moment before punching him back. however I was surprised when he went crashing through the wall. "Tony!" I squeeked, immediately running over towards him. He lay there laughing slighlty, in a pile of rubble and broken wall. I started laughing as I helped him up. "I am sorry. For a moment I had forgotten my own strength."

"Not, that's okay, Emi," He dusted himself off, however it didn't do him much good. He was covered in whatever it was that formed a white dust. "I've been through way worse." That he had. I looked at his chest, which held the arch reactor, which glowed through his 'tank top'. He had told me how that happened to him, and it made me wondor why he didn't have a disliking to other midgardians. "Anyways, Emi- Im going to go clean up, so we can go out and buy you some clothes. That way we don't attract attention when we leave. Humans aren't used to seeing people dressed in young asardian men's clothing."

"I don't see what's wrong with it. Well, other than it is young men's. Mother Frigga disapproved of me wearing such."

"Yeah, like i said, we dont need to attract attention. So that also means you can't use your technology bending powers... Or any, as a matter of fact."

I guess that would also make sense. But I didnot like the idea of having to deal with other mortals. They were all boring, and despised anyone who was different. Not to mention their unabrable curiousity, and all those annoying questions. Sometimes they acted as a truly primitive race of beings. "And I suggest that you please refer to other people as other people. Don't refer to them as mortals, or midgardians, or weakminded humans."

"Fine," I crossed my arms, "but how do you expect me to possibly keep their eyes off of me, when I'm already wearing these?" I made gestures towards my clothing. I watched him closely as he walked into my room and came out with a set of new clothes. "I figured you'd say that, so when I got some groceries last night, I figured I'd get some clothes. I wasn't quite sure what you'd like, so that's why I'm taking you to get some clothes."

"Okay...Then I have no choice," I took the clothes and looked at them before heaing off to change. "I'll be down the hall in ten minutes."

(twenty minutes later)

"Oh my..." I looked over at Tony, who had already sifted through a large rack of clothes. "Tony, this Macy's place is very large, and I've not quite the idea of what... whatever it is... gah.. I give up." I didn't quite understand half of this clothing with words. They said things such as "Redemption" with swords and skulls. Other shirts had a picture of a heart stating the shirt hearted "Star Wars". It mad absolutely no sense to me.

"That's alright, Em. I've already picked some pairs out for you, so don't worry about anything." I gave him a look as he gave me and armful of midgardian- i mean of new- clothes. "Go try them on real quick. I'll be waiting outside of the dressing room."

"Em??"

"Oh, yeah, sorry. Just figured I could call you that. Is that okay?"

"uhm, yes.. I guess it is..." I looked at the pile of clothes in my arms. Did he really expect me to change and try all of these clothes on? And in there? It would take me absolutely forever. "Can't I just... you know?"

He flashed me a look. "No... well..." he glanced back up at the brightly lit dressing room. "It'll get us out of here faster, won't it?" I nodded, smiling.Using a bit of my magic would surely allow me to try on each pair of clothing up to five times faster than if I changed the normal way. "Alright, fine," he patted my back and sent me on my way. I shut the door behind me, and set the clothes down on a chair. Thank goodness he wanted to get out of here as fast as possible.

After trying on seven different pairs of clothes, and showing them all to Tony, we left with four pairs of new clothing. I was just glad the both of us agreed to get out as soon as possible... and that I blend in nicely, without totally ridding myself of my 'style', as Tony called it.
