ᴘᴇᴛᴇʀᴍᴀɴ (ᴏɴᴇꜱʜᴏᴛꜱ)

"Dont ever mess with my, da-Mentor"

(A/N Despite its place in the book this is one of my oldest oneshots, and one I hate. I'm literally only keeping it up because people seem to like this one. So, read at your own risk)

It was truly a normal day for peter:
Get dressed
Go to school
Hang out with Tony.
Repeat.
That was until the ex- avengers (avenger) decided to pop in for a visit during that step before repeat in his daily routine. Captain freaking Steve Rodgers was casually standing next to an elevator, but let's just say, Peter wasn't amused in the slightest, this man hurt the man he considers a father figure. Peter immediately ran to hit the man, as he felt a slight pull on his wrists. "Don't" Tony whispered.
Tony pulled at his shades as he would normally do when he's nervous "Steve! What brings you here?", "ah! Tony, how's life..? Oh, got another toy to play with? Genius? Or is he a product of your youth?", Tony could've swore peter actually growled at him, but if he did nobody mentioned it. "He's a genius, his intelligence rivals my own", "Ah, good to hear. I thought the alcohol was finally catching up to you"

One wrist free.

"Watch it Rodgers." Peter growled, "bite your tongue", Steve, taken aback by this kid's bravery said the one thing any "reasonable" adult would "watch the disrespect, Tony here rubbing off on you?"

Grip; loosened.

Instinctively Peter stepped forward a bit, "watch it" he stepped into a defensive position that for any soldier meant a fight.

"Tony, get this kid out"

Getting looser.

Peter stepped closer to Steve, pulling Tony along with him.

"I don't want to hurt you, kid. But I will if I have to. I'm stronger then you. Stronger then most. For sure, stronger then tony." Steve said proudly.

Two wrists free.

Peter stumbled forward out of anger, gifting Steve a big black bruise on his jaw. Steve fell backwards against the elevator door, he hadn't expected Peter to be that strong.

"Stronger then me?!"

One punch.

"Ever had a building dropped on you?! As you were left to suffocate?!"

Two punch.

"Ever had every single parental figure but one in your life die?! Before the age of 17?!"

Three punch.

"Ever had to watch your last living parental figure, and mentor suffer emotionally because their friend left them to die?!"

Four punch.

"This is for Tony"

Five punch.

"This, is for saying he was weak when you put him through hell"

Six punch.

"And this, this is for your stupidity"

Peter stood, tony was shocked. Whether it be from amazement or terror, because there sat captain America, on the floor, bleeding. Because of a 15 year old.

"Don't ever mess with my da- mentor"

And with those words, peter walked off, leaving Steve there. Tony caught his half slip up.

But neither dared mention it.

"Who the hell..is that kid?!"

"Dammit..Pete"
