~I'm making Dahvie and Jayy younger. They're both eighteen and pretend Jayy's school issues never happened.~

I woke the next morning to, yet again, my alarm clock going off. I sighed and turned it off. I got up without hesitation and headed into my bathroom to shower. I got in, did my thing, then, got out. I walked into my closet and got dressed. Then, I blow dried and teased my hair. I put some eyeliner on. I looked at me reflection and sighed. I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs. Everyone else was up and in the kitchen. I sighed again and set my stuff down next to the door and walked into the kitchen. My mom smiled at me.

"Would you like some breakfast?" She asked, hoping I'd eat something.

I shook my head and grabbed a water bottle from the fridge.

"We have some news.." My mother said, more toward me.

"Is it better than the so called surprise that happened yesterday?" I asked.

My mother rolled her eyes.

"The boys will be joining you in school. They have the same schedule as you so you can show them around." My 'father' said.

"Fuck.." I mumbled under my breath. "How are they getting to school?"

Don't say that they're going with me..don't say that they are going with me!!!

"You're taking them with you." My father explained.

FUCK MY LIFE!!!

"If they're coming with me then let's go!" I said heading to the door.

I grabbed my back and walked out the door to my car. I unlocked it and got in. Jayy and Dahvie walked out together. Their jaws dropped when they saw the car. I rolled my eyes. Dahvie opened the door. He put the seat down and climbed in back. Jayy put the seat back up and hopped in beside me. My radio blasted through the car. Jayy closed the door and I backed out of the driveway. The drive to school was silent. Maybe because neither or them knew what to say to me. I parked in my usual spot and got out. Jayy and Dahvie got out as well and we walked up to the building. Everyone stared as I walked in. They seemed curious as to who Dahvie and Jayy were. I knew that they'd get labelled like me and everyone would hate them. They followed me as I walked to my locker. I told them they could just use my locker since we had the same exact schedule. After I grabbed everything, I walked to homeroom. Jayy and Dahvie not far behind. I dropped my stuff off and headed to the cafeteria. Jayy and Dahvie sat with me at an empty table. Jayy decided to break the silence.

"Why is everyone staring at us?" He asked.

"Because we're different." I answered. "You'll be treated like I am in a few days, trust me."

"Treated like what?" Dahvie asked.

"Like a nobody. They'll throw shit at you. Make fun of you. Make you feel worthless. Tear you down so low that you want to end it once and for all." I explained.

They both nodded in understanding. Then, a few of the other 'emo' kids sat down. They looked at the three of us.

"Hi.." Dahvie said.

"Umm..hello." One answered, unsure.

The other just sat there. That's when the bell rang. I stood up and walked back to homeroom with Jayy and Dahvie. Jayy apparently had his last name switched to Torres for school purposes. The teacher looked at me as we walked in. I explained to her that Dahvie was my brother and Jayy is my cousin. She nodded and we sat in the back of the class. Everyone, of course, stared.

~After School~

Today actually wasn't that bad. Everyone stared but they left Dahvie, Jayy and me alone, Let's just hope it stays like that. I grabbed my stuff from my locker and walked out to my car. Dahvie and Jayy walked out a few minutes later. We got in and headed home. I was starting to warm up to them but I refused to be nice to my so called 'father.' Not after what he did to my mother. I pulled into the driveway once I got home and we all got out. We walked inside, only to be greeted by the smell of chocolate chip cookies. I walked into the kitchen and found my mom taking them out of the oven. Dahvie and Jayy walked in and sat at the counter.
