Boring Affection [Akira Kurusu x Reader]

Prologue

One of multiple helicopters is seemingly heading to a very flashy casino in the middle of a city. The people inside look quite disturbed by what they're seeing outside, that many of them try to leave, but their attention gets caught by a mysterious figure jump on the multiple hanging lights.

Meanwhile three men in black suits walk in the brightly lit casino and that's when the mysterious figure finally jumps on to one the hanging lights, making themselves noticeable to the public's eye.

The men in suits took notice in him "hey! Up there!" One of the men yelled "hey, he's here, move in immediately." Another man said into his walkie-talkie. The figure, whom seem to be holding a metal briefcase, turn away and jump off of the light and on to another.

"Good. Now get running!" Exclaimed a boyish voice to the unknown figure. "This is our only chance!" A unknown boy's voice yelled. "Stay calm! You can get away now!" Said the unknown girl. "We'll retrieve the briefcase on our end." Said another girl. "... suspects ...not ...confirmed ...hold ... your... positions..." a mysterious transmission interrupted.

"Hm..? What was that...?" The girl wondered. "Don't worry about us. Just concentrate on getting away!" Said the boyish voice. The figure did as told and started to jump across the casino.

"But I have to say, showing yourself above that crowd earlier was an excellent move... nice work as always, Joker." The boyish voice complemented the figure, who is supposedly called Joker.

"I bet Skull wouldn't pull it off that smoothly." Said a girlish voice. "Yup, yup, gotta agree with you on there." Said another, yet familiar, girlish voice. "This happens because you have no sense for aesthetics." Said a boy with a calm tone. "Nobody asked you, Inari!!" The boy exclaimed.

"There he is!" Yelled one of the agents. "Just run! Get out of there!" The girl yelled. "OK, the enemy's focus is on him. Looks like the rest of us can slip away." Whispered the boyish voice as Joker was making his escape. "Don't worry Joker, you can count on me as co-leader to lead everyone else to safety!!" The girl yelled. Joker smiled at her comment.

"Everyone remember where we're meeting up?" A feminine voice said. "No worries, I can guide you all." The girl commented.

Joker finally found another path and started running towards it but two agents came and quickly blocked it "stop right there!!" "you won't get away." Said the agents. Suddenly the agents turned into shadows and one of them jumped behind Joker.

Joker calmly turned around with a smirked. "Take 'em down, Joker!" A girl yelled. Joker jumped up into the air, landing perfectly on the shadow's shoulders and ripping off its head.

"Good. You defeated them with ease!" Said the boyish voice after the battle. "More of them!? Be careful!" The girl warned as more shadows appeared. One of them tried to hit Joker, but luckily he jumped backwards just in the nick of time. He then jumped up twice to escape on to the balcony.

"Joker, behind you! Go through that door!" The girl stated. Joker started to run towards the door and finding himself in a strange room. "You should be able to get out that way! Hurry!" Exclaimed the girl. "Dude, can he even hear us!?" The boy wondered. "Don't worry, I'm picking up everyone's voice, just go, Joker!" The girl advised.

He started running toward where the girl told him to, opening the door and going down the stairs. "Tch! We got away from a bunch of those guys in black, but there are still loads more of 'em..." a boy harshly said.

Joker ran across the hall, opened another door and saw across a window, one of the agents running down a hall then stopping to say "where'd they go? Damn it! I can't confirm the intruder's location." The agent soon ran away, not knowing that the man that they were looking for was one window away.
