(Y/N) was already in her seat by the time class started the next day. She was early since she needed to get her little brother to school in time.
The (H/C) haired girl was looking at the rain on the other side of the window when Akira arrived.
She looked at Akira and smiled. Akira noticed (Y/N)'s gaze and smiled back at the girl before sitting down.
"Did you see that!" A female student whisper loudly. "Did (L/N) actually smile at him." "I bet that, both of them have some kind of relationship." "Well that will explain why she smiled at him."
God, these people can't go one day without making up some rumor. I mean it was just a friendly jester, I'll most likely stop smiling at him once I find more info on him... Well depends if he's interesting or not.
"I'm the social studies teacher Mr. Ushimaru. I'll be teaching you the rules of society this year." The teacher explained.
God, I was in my own head so much that I didn't notice the teacher came in. I should probably stop doing that.
Mr. Ushimaru took a look around the classroom. "Hmph... You all look like you've been spoiled growing up."
Bold accusation but ok...
"Before we learn society's rules, maybe I should start with the rules of being a decent human being." Mr. Ushimaru gaze spotted Akira not paying attention. "Hey, new kid."
Akira stumbled as he was caught off guard. "The Greek philosopher Pluto divided the human soul into three parts. A soul is composed of appetite, spirit, and what else?" Mr. Ushimaru asked.
"Logic." Akira answered. "Correct." Mr. Ushimaru clapped his hands together in a way to say congrats. "So you knew that, huh?" Mr. Ushimaru questioned Akira before turning to the class.
"Pluto's teacher, Socrates, said that evil is born from ignorance. People who've been babied, taught that evil is due to individuality, can only become society's scum." Mr. Ushimaru explained.
"Wow, he got it right... Is he really a delinquent?" "He seems like a punk, but maybe he's actually serious about studying?" The students were all questioning things about the boy.
Good for them to assume that he's some what smart. Well... At least they're not assuming bad things.
"Bizarre incidents have been occurring frequently. Those are but the actions of such scum." The teacher explained.
"We don't need crude people like that in this school. Understand?" Most of the students turned their heads to Akira's side of the room.
You know what...! Never mind.

Both Akira and (Y/N) walked out of the classroom. It was the end of the day and (Y/N) was about to strike up a conversation with Akira until something caught both of their eyes.
"Hey there, Takamaki." Kamoshida stopped Takamaki in the middle of the hallway.
"You looking for a ride home? Things have been pretty dangerous lately with all those accidents."
"Sorry, I have a photoshoot today. It's for the special summer issue, so I can't afford to miss it..." Takamaki declined.
"Hey, now... Being a model's fine and dandy, but don't work your pretty little self to the bone." That line made (Y/N) cringe.
"You mentioned you weren't feeling well, right? Something about appendicitis?" Mr. Kamoshida questioned.
"Yes. I keep planning to go to the hospital, but I've been too busy... Sorry to worry you." Takamaki apologized.
