I gripped my suitcase tighter as I looked around the crowded area.  I was looking for my aunt, who I had only met once before.

I saw a lady standing in the swarm of people, holding a sign that said Chloe.  I hurried over.

"Aunt Jennah?"  I said awkwardly.

"Chloe it's so nice to see you."  She said with a smile.

"Nice to see you too," I said forcing a smile.

I followed her outside as she went on about how she hadn't seen me since I was little.  I tried to listen, but my mind was on other things.

In the car, she tried to make pleasant chatter.  I responded with simple short answers, but I wished we could just be silent.

I used to love to be with family and friends.  To talk and laugh, but that was before everything happened.  Now I surrounded myself in silence.  I sit alone and cry.

After about 20 minutes she pulls in a driveway.  I gathered my belongings and followed her inside.  She showed me the room I will be staying in.

"I'll take you out tomorrow so you can buy some things to personalize your room."  She said with a smile.  Then she left the room so I could start unpacking.

I sit in bed and read a book.  Books help me forget about everything.  I have always enjoyed reading.  I finish the book and set it on the table next to my bed.

I put some headphones and play some music.  I bury my face in the pillow and cry myself to sleep.
